He and Arteezy are the only two individual dota streamers I can think of that pull in numbers above like 20k.

They're boot camping at Redbull in the U.S.

Bookies are heavily overrating Secret's chances 1.8:1 to win? bitch please
|
you already made that post
|
in profile thread, not here I'm a huge fan but 1.80:1 is just...jeez, the edges in Dota are a lot smaller than they assume it's really -ev to bet on secret with these odds
|
I don't disagree with you, think about who was supposed to win last ti XD.
|
1.847 odds on pinnacle odds that Secret wont win. Kind of tempted to bet $500 on that, even though Secret is my favorite team.

What does the YB in arteezy's nick stand for?
|
secret will win, the precogs have forseen it.
yb is your boy or something.

singsing? I think he comes close to 20k too.
On another note. I think the odds are too low for Secret. The last few TI tournaments have teams pulling out pocket strats to win suddenly. And non-dominant teams suddenly dominating and coming back from loser brackets.

If you think they are low, feel free to bet that they will lose. You can get pretty sick odds for that.

Lmao what a classic gambler mentality

Why not bet on them... then you make money when your favorite team wins, since they are obviously going to win. Nobody can stop S4s drafts when he's surrounded by players like those on Team Secret.

I don't feel that they are THAT unstoppable , EG gave them hard series in ESL , they actually threw that AM game with some big mistakes , drafting wise EG did REALLY well i would say , EG shouldn't be a 3/4-1 dogs to Secret , 2-1 maybe but not 3-1 , also a new Meta might rise during the TI (usually happens) and it is possible Secret will be caught with their pants down and won't make a grand final.
|
I don't think they're taking it all. Things happen on the biggest stages. They're certainly arguable as the strongest team going in but being the favorite is only worth so much.
