"Told you that too many stars will hurt any team in any sport!" Hope that they don't lose again as that will be a disaster.

Thats the problem, your first real game its LAN Secret should go to more online leagues or stuff like that, especially considering they are a new team and scrims are fine and its THE WAY to practice, but "real" games help you put in practice all the thery you gather from scrims Sure its 1 series, and they could easily go and win the tournament, but at some point they looked remarkably uncoordinated, like when they relocate into specter and got rekt, a few seconds before that Universe scouted that Puck and Lion was there, why would they go anyway ? or Envy using song slightly later than he should and let rtz and pie die

They just need game time to gel. Empire though deserves a lot of credit. They looked very good.

I am actually 100% sure they are going to stomp EHOME tomorrow, Universe most likely going to be mvp also ![]() Agree man, im so happy that Empire played that well.

3rd game felt like the draft was just really awkward for Secret. It's so hard for them to kill people. They have no magic burst, only aoe lockdown was Wyvern ult, and no aoe damage almost either. So their only way to kill people is to hit with their two right clickers. But then if Empire decides they are in a bad position they just sprout+glimpse and run away and lose max 1 hero or something, and if they decide they can turn Secret is just screwed after Nyx stuns the OD and Disruptor ults him.

And i just don't get the Naix Pick at all, running around in ancients might be cool in the early to midgame, but late you have a position 1 melee hero against NP, Disruptor 3x Force staff and Impetus, good luck.

Plus you need to be against a weak ancient killing team, not Slark+Ench. The 2nd part is the more important factor. Wings only had Ursa that could kill Ancients, but that would require using most of its DPS (Overpower) on nothing.

I think the main issue was just how impossible it was for their lineup to kill multiple people in a teamfight. Either they needed to have a different support duo altogether, or they needed to change at least one of their mid and carry. Imo even something like Tiny would have been fine, it would have given them much needed low cd stuns and magic burst, which they completely lacked. Of course Tiny is not really a signature hero for either of EE and Rtz but neither is Naix. I'm not exactly sure what Secret was expecting from Empire in the last few picks. Personally I thought Secret would go Clinkz for EE on 4th pick (3 of Empire's heroes already had no hard stuns and are pretty squishy against Clinkz burst, Clinkz is good to kill Ench and can also be used to scout for Wisp ganks). And then maybe Tiny or something for Arteezy on last pick.
