A 60% ms/60% AS slow that lasts 5 seconds and also comes with an unkillable illusion is really strong the entire game. Early game the fact that the slow has full duration/effectiveness on the first rank makes it insanely strong for ganking any hero without a natural escape. Lategame the illusion and attack speed slows just crush the effectiveness of a carry that can't stay out of range from TB. | ||
