Both mine are using "Fitty" Cents Coats, the 6M one. Mani if you want to make drugs like there is no tomorrow, still, keep the 1:17 ratio, and get lots of Botany with Pimpology. You'll get there really quick. If you don't buy vests, you'll get there twice as fast. But if somebody jumps you, it will hurt...
Sell the excessive drugs when you're almost full and just hop to other stations when your transactions are used up.

overtaking LR is just brutal to do, ive done it again, but only by like, a few thousand

Too bad I regain the lead now 2.20M of worth!

anyway a bunch of you build up worth faster than the rest of us, tell us how its done I'm not sure if I'm "faster" but both of my accounts with different stategies have both passed 1 Million worth. Fishball sitting at 1.38M and Gravien sitting at 1.52M. Here is my 2 cents with the "General Strategy" after doing a lot of research and bugging LastRomantic with his build while comparing to mine: - Do not go for too much Lab Space while having too low Junkie count. - Keep Lab Space to Junkies at a 1:17 Ratio, and keep it that way when you increase your Lab. - Keep Pimpology at 175% to gain maximum revenue. - If you want you to, you can invest in Botany to increase drug produced, but not necessary. The tokens invested in textbooks and credits isn't worth the return by selling drugs. You will also need to buy larger coats since you would be running out of pockets quick. Also you will have to use extra tokens to move to other stations to sell drugs when you run out of transactions. - Buy credits with cash in the Black Market. - Put the rest of your money in buying Vests, All of it. In short, keep a steady growth of 1:17 Lab Space to Junkie ratio, keep Pimpology at 175%, buy Vests. You should be able to increase your worth in no time. Some will buy Sewing Machines instead (Fishball has 120 Sewing Machines...), but I think I would benefit more by spending the Tokens more on growth, and use the "extra" money on Vests. Gravien (my 2nd account) gains $160K average per token with 175% Pimpology right now, and it is just going up. The best I've got was $175K. Oh, and try not to go Hybrid, such as having a balance between Guns and Vests. Either go mass Vests or mass Guns. You won't be able to jump the fat targets because the chances are they will have a huge amount of Vests, and it is not worth it to jump an average player. I suggest having a few Gunners in each cartel. Would be fun PS. Finally overtook LR for the first time in TL2, temporarily. Yup learned this the hard way. I actually bought crap loads of lab space (currently at 40 sq ft) at the beginning of the game which I am now desperately trying to fill with junkies (currently only at 438 including 34 in training). Still miles away from the magic number 680 to get the 1:17 ratio.
Haha Yeah... Fishball has 40 Lab Space and Gravien has 50. I totally blame FS for misleading us in his posts earlier!

Reminds me a little bit of a game a guy I helped moderate weedtalk.com for started called darkmafia.com. It was fun as hell for a while until the mafia boom begun he sold it to some careless shithead, now it sucks.
Maybe I'll see if my old DM skills can be useful for this one ~_^ most of the new mafia games thesedays sucks, hopefully this one won't. I'll see tonight.

shut up bitches mo' drugs is good drugs! My lab space is 117!
trying desperately to catch up in junkies right now hahahah
just bumped my worth up past 2.5mil

Alright, I'm a little confused...
So, I increase lab space to increase production. The production is used to pay junkies whenever I spend a token. Whenever I spend a token, the junkies make money for me?
And after I recruit a junkie, I have to spend 50 tokens for it to finish training?
|
tokens = turns
you can spend them whenever/however you want
|
Oh, okay. So when I look at the recruits in training, and it says it has "X" number of training days, I just have to spend that many tokens?
|
Anyone want to make a TL3?
Who knows more than me about the game, which is everyone.
EDIT: Never mind, I'll try my hand at it. TL3 ready for newcomers.

yes. just make sure you dont have more than 17 recruits per foot of lab space, and your production / payout drugs are the same (should be by default). Then every turn they will make money for you.

How many vests do you think are necessary if I am in the mid 300's? Ive got about 3700 right now.

Question, what do I do with the drugs my guys produce? Just sell it? I thought I'd need it to keep the junkies, but they make more than they use apparently?
Also yeah, don't know how to know how many vests I need.

Edit: I'm just going to start over. I've screwed around so much on this account, I'd rather start over and not waste so much money. T_T
So how should I manage lab space and recruits? Just alternate between buying each?
