The Canadiens ..really really miss Price's great puck handling. According to leading Actuarial Scientists Price's puck handling makes him worth exactly (1/e) of a defenseman when the puck is shot in. I love how the Rangers are dumping it in and making the Canadiens defense and goalie combo have to deal with something they are uncomfortable with... if this is a new wrinkle introduced by Vigneault its a good one. these shoot-ins are a walk in the park for Price. and gee.. when they dump it in they are not in possession of the puck. hahahaha PK with another trademark PK error. The Don Cherry Report Cherry nailing bang right on exactly why Subban is average defensively with specific plays. Cherry wants the return to giant posts holding the nets on so that crashing players fear the net. IIHF going to 2+2 for goalie interference. Congratulating Carter for not over-celebrating goals. they now cut to an earlier coach's corner... they just can't handle the NYR forecheck. Subban is just making mistakes all over the place, and is being astutely pointed out by CBC's finest... and unfortunately, these are the same kinds of errors i saw from him at the 2009 WJHC. | ||

Carcillo should just STFU and go home. if the Rangers make it to the 7th game of the finals after going 7 in the semis i can't see them putting a guy in the line up who has not played in 20 days. and the NHL Stanley Cup playoffs are not the only place for nasty, ugly incidents. Here we have the Russian coach giving the Swedish coach the throat-slash gesture. Folks, these 2 teams don't like each other. i wonder if Don Cherry will feature this on Coach's Corner? | ||
