 Along with Carl Lewis, Sergei Bubka and Kasparov, who were saved from collective memory holes quite late in this thread, I'd like to mention: - Ayrton Seyna, - Colin Mac Ray, - Zidane, - Karch Kiraly, - Ben Johnson, - Martina Navratilova, - Bjon Borg (spelling?), - Sotomayor (spelling?), - Lomu, - Neil Armstrong (most famous moon-walker )...Also don't forget this Irish man who crushed the triple jump WR some years ago. Ask this question to a Japanese, the answer you will get is Beckham, or Ichiro Suzuki, depending on the sport he likes the best. Ask me the same question, and Carl Lewis would get my vote. | ||
