Remember not too long ago, when NaDa raped Goodfriend on Arcadia and Rush Hour III? 2006 MBCMovies Survivor League.
Arcadia II is perfect for NaDa's dropship and macro plays. And NaDa is very flexible strategy-wise.
In the event that Anytime beats Midas (which will make for a more interesting final - most people are hoping for this), then vs Goodfriend will not only produce a boring, one-sided series but grant Anytime his second title.
If Nada wins and cannot beat anytime in the finals it will be a tremendous blow to terran users, because Nada is the last of the big name terrans that Anytime has not defeated in a major confrontation (semifinal or final; also assuming he beats midas a few days from now).

both place CC's at their lower natural, in perfect sync, in the exact same position below that nasty egg shit GF adds a rax by his newly building CC while Nada builds a rax at his choke. GF places a depot at his own choke
GF clears away the eggs with new rines, while nada waits to clear his after he gets fac units and lifts his rax directly both players go 2 fac 1 shop and then add a star soon after. nada builds a tank first and then gols while GF builds gols first. both players also clear the upper nat eggs
nada brings a dropship to GF's lower nat, and thanks to a bunker for GF, does minimal damage omg... stream buffering... GF has not moved his own dship in yet, and is busy expanding to upper nat. nada's upper nat is already functional. GF ferries tanks and gols outside nada's choke
nada meanwhile expands to 7 oclock main. GF clears away the temples at his choke. GF 4 facs and adding a 5th, nada has ~5 nada 4 dships on the move, they're spotted by GF's ebay. nada drops on GF's lower nat and hits many workers but GF clears the threat away with his own dships very quickly.
GF destroys the power plants on the way to nada's base with his tanks, while nada loads up many dropships with gol/tank. nada moves out his own tanks and sieges outside his choke, drawing a line against goodfriend's forces. nada moves his many dropships and drops on GF's upper nat, while GF counter drops on nada's own upper nat. nada's drop was more effective and forced GF to lift. nada handled GF's drop fine. nada also expands to the 5 oclock upper nat. with GF's upper nat hurt, nada has twice the expo count
nada bottles up GF in his own choke. nada has a big advantage here. and dude i was so wrong about nada's 7 oclcok expo that was a barracks my bad sorry. however nada does expand to 5 main.

GF moves his large dship fleet to 5oclock upper nat of Nada, unloads out of range of tanks and hits the nat's gas. here comes big bad nada with his own dropship fleet and crushes GF's drop

GF takes another expansion at 7oclock upper nat, but nada already has forces ferrying to the 7 main, getting ready to swat the fresh expo
nada also pulls back from GF's choke to load that force into dships, and the drop plus the forces from 7 main crush GF's expo like a bug. now that nada is gone though, GF moves out of his choke and pushes nada's choke, backing with like 7 dropships

yubee's nubee analysis: the game tide changed a lot when nada dropped GF's upper nat expo. instead of defensively destroying the drop like nada's first one, he tried to counter and do the same to nada and nada had better defense. nada took the advantage and expanded himself, easing his aggresive play and waiting for GF to try to match expos. by the time GF did, nada had a much bigger expo count and army and crushed GF's attempt. after that it was one all-in away from GG.
nada 8 rax at GF's nat, GF depot then rax. Nada's rax is complete, GF's is only about halfway, and GF still hasn't scouted it.
Nada's first rine is in GF's base! 2nd rine out, GF brings many scvs to try to thwart the threat! 3 rines out now! 1st GF rine out, it is shot dead instantly

Ok let me clarify myself alittle further... When Ever was being played these were the players involved and the number of titles they held at THAT time Reach = 1 OSL OOv = 0 OSL Boxer = 2 OSL Yellow = 0 OSL (losing final to xellos T.T) And the semifinals were reach vs oov and boxer vs yellow Boxer beat yellow 3-0 (as we all know) and oov beat reach 3-2 Oov went on to beat Boxer 3-2 and Reach beat yellow 3-2 Now in this OSL we have Anytime = 1 OSL (Reach's equivalent) Midas = 0 OSL (Oov's equivalent) Nada = 2 OSL (Boxer's equivalent) Goodfriend = 0 OSL (losing final to July Y.Y) (Yellow's equivanlent)
and if Nada > Gf 3-0 it starts to look strikingly similar to ever OSL which would be very fucking trippy !!
gols out for GF now, and his first dropship also. nada adds armory and star and expands to 3. gf loads up his 2nd dropship and moves out! gf sieges 4 tanks on the wall above nada's nat! nada loadds up his own dropship and forces GF off the ledge.
4 tank drop on cliff @ nat...nada moved away all scvs. nada now droppping 1 gol @ cliff. GF unsieged ALL and nada moved 3 tanks in range and sieged to kill all 4 unsieged tanks.
GF drops with 3 ships this time on the same ledge, and nada's counter drop leaves 1 tank and 3 gols left on the ledge! GF loads up 4 more dropships with tanks! he's heading for nada's 3 oclock!
Nada's vult sneak into GF's nat takes out many scvs. Nada expands to 12 while GF expands to 7 oclock. a big doom drop for nada in GF's main, a lot of GF's ships get sniped before letting out the tank cargo to deal with the threat.
Nada's drop does moderate damage before it is taken care of.
nada leads in expos by 1 this game, and is also taking ANOTHER expansion at 11 oclock main. Will GF find a weak spot in nada's front? or will nada overpower GF with his massive economy? find out next post!

nada prepared very well for these games. the rush was just perfect. i think even if GF would have scouted, his scv would not have been able to see the rax, the timing was just too good....i think nada goes golden mouse...

So happy Nada won and made it to the finals. After all he went through, just awesome. Nada is in my mind the greatest Starcraft player. If I am not mistaking, Nada never lost osl final. I hope the trend will continue.
I don't want to take credits away from nada because he really played perfectly in this osl, but anytime/midas had a way harder group/bracket and i hope one of these 2 will win this osl.
Not exactly a harder group, Midas had to beat iris jju casy july, which in all the others current shape is quite easy. Anytime had it pretty easy to, except he barely pased. Light is turning out to be quit the pwoerhouse. Jy I believe almost beat boxer and thats hard to do. Zergman is underrated. and tt is just a king of cheese. Goodfriend has a good TvT to

casy and iris are both insanely good tvt players, i believe jju eliminated midas or sent him to losers in the msl, and july is july. and anytime had to go through ggplay, gorush, july AND casy which is :O

I'd be reasonably happy with any of the remaining 3 players winning - Midas is good enough to deserve a Starleague win, Anytime winning would be good for Protoss (at least perception-wise), Nada winning would make a great story, coming back from a massive slump/death of his father to the golden mouse.
I think Midas would get raped by Nada. Anytime might too, actually. But at least Anytime would have a chance of winning a bo5, unlike Midas. So hopefully Anytime makes it to the finals =d
NaDa is so good. I really wonder why he has no real weak match up. He is such a complete gamer. He has no flaws, no weaknesses. He might not be the best player macrowise or microwise but he is the player who is so complete, imho. It's amazing he is back. He was one of the greatest ever and he is back = ) !
I really love Anytime and he's my second fav Protoss player (#1 is nal_rA, I'm a P player), but I really want Nada to win this OSL. It would make a great story, and I think StoryTeller can make a documentary on Nada (dealing with his dad's death, then coming back and owning it up)!!
