After initially having a lot of complaints about the bot, I must say that there has been huge progress. I <3 this bot now! Because there are 4 of them now I don't have to wait for long for next game, the balance is much better and even if bot gets jammed somehow it demonstrates its flawless auto-repairing capabilities. This bot is actually the only reason I'm still playing online BW now.
About 3/5 min rule complaints - those time stamps by their nature must be arbitrary but I think they serve their purpose (which is making balanced teams) pretty well. If there's a rush and someone doesn't want to try to defend it and leaves before 3 mins then it makes the game "spoiled" for the rest of allies. There's no reason to make this game valid because player didn't even try to defend. And if defender decides to try to survive and game reaches 3 min mark, but the player fails and leaves, then attackers can protect their potential win by unmarking "Allied victory" option and wait until 5 mins in case the other opposite team players decide to leave too.

After 2 minutes there should be win or lose, just as the game is designed. If you rush and someone leaves it should be valid game for the rest of players if they keep fighting and actually win.
A rush leaves that player weak for rest of the game so its basically 2v2 at that point.

Can i ask how much EAPM weighs in balancing? It feels like its too much. If not its too much when it comes to MMR settling.
Anything above 200 is an instant A rank for some reason.
This means, if you like to click much you get punished (a higher rank than you are worth) for doing so. Just because i have high EAPM doesnt mean im god and can do 1v3's. Which is how the balancing goes atm.
It also punish you in the way of how you have to play to even win a game. In a 1v3 you have to play certain strats to finish the game before enemy becomes too strong. As in Very Aggressive style.
Do you have the formula available somewhere? Github?
If these questions have been answered already then sorry. A Q&A page would be excellent.

What are You exactly reporting? I played with Angel a lot of games and saw no reason for him to be accused of anything.

I don’t like Angel either, but he doesn’t leave every game, and using same strat always is not enough to get him banned imo :/ .

i dont think sorting by apm is good some strong players can play with low apm and would do so in a team game. . . i mean we all know apm is not the same as skill level it only sort of works to sort out F- ranks from D+ ranks or something like that should pretty much just go by win/lose vs average point of opposing team. whatever other metric you use would introduce more bias like unit kills or unit K/D or score or anything really, enforcing a playstyle. If people know playing faster can increase their MMR then they can spam apm for no reason even more and that has nothing to do with being better at winning or be detrimental in certain situations and games etc. awesome that you made this mmr thing for bgh though it'd be great to have it for regular 3v3 and etc. it happens a lot when you host a 3v3 that home team is strong, also because even if you can't see it the host has probably a fully or partially premade team with him so that's essentially premade vs pick up or even good players premade vs pick up which is super hard for the opposing team yeah that just happens a lot due to no ladder

reporting an adverse behaviour is commendable, asking for that individual to be banned over your personal feelings is not.

He reporter him, he didnt say he wanted him banned. This behavior is shitty imo and if it a lot of people did that, it would ruin the ladder experience.

Maybe if the game started and you left in first 2 minutes you personally should get a decrease in rating? As a punishment?
This could be abused to lower your rating though.
Or maybe get a temp-ban after doing it 3 times for a week or two? Something to discourage it happening when the game has started.
Some people actually dont wanna play if they have bad allies and do wait until they see this themselves in-game.
Edit: I dont believe in permanently banning people. People can change and they will if there are good/sane rules.

Your bots should NOT create in dynamic turn rate, the most of games are just unplayable. Set 14 or 16 please.

Totally agree with Face about DTR. Lowest playable is TR12/Low, anything below that is just auto-leave because you cant control your units.
And to be fair, TR12 isnt good either but its at least somewhat playable in most of the game.
TR16 set and players can "fix" latency using high/xhigh is best solution imo.
