reason#1, they build and run. #2, they can stack and rape lings and are a huge threat to even 8 lings if you have a standard 15-20 of them at your main. #3, they can move so fast that zerg even has trouble surrounding one with ling speed upgrade. #4, they can build shit anywhere on the map with a simple pylon #5, they can manner up your minerals,gas, or expo and then even cancel it before it's done with no risk to the probe. #6, unit AI won't attack them if there are other attack units around. 1 zealot or 1 canon, and some buildings, with 4-6 probes and its a solid de. #7, they create all the other protoss shit, don't even need to get into all that imbalanced crap. | ||

I MUST RESTORE BALANCE TO THE FORCE. zealot is so shitty it loses to 4 lings unless it has attack upgrade. And lings with crack kill nexus's faster than i can build pylons with a probe. It literally only takes like 6 lings to kill a nexus in 4 seconds. 1 vulture is as good as 3 dragoons and only cost 75 FUCKING MINERAL. SERIOUSLY 3 SPIDER MINES AND A VULTURE FOR ONLY 75 MINERAL. siege tanks does 75 damage when fully upgraded. IRRADIATE ONLY COST 75 FOR 1 FREE LURKER OR DEFILER KILL cannon only does 20 damage and is so shitty. SUNKEN COLONY DOES 40 DAMAGE AND ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO BREAK SUNK/SPORE/LURKS Thank god for high templar or protoss wouldn't exist and yet they are so fucking slow they always get emp or sniped by vultures or muta. templar might as well cost 250 mineral because shuttle is neccessary for them vs terran. Zealot = 100 minerals, 4 Lings = 100 minerals, it's absolutely fair that 4Lings > Zealot when your opponent outmicroes you by surrounding. But you can micro too. Crackling upgrade reqiures Hive so it's more than enough time to prepare for it. 1 Vult>3 Goons? Actually, 3 Goons is enough to remove any number of mines (sapper micro), unless they are placed extremely close to each other (which is a huge expense for Terrans as mines often kill each other). And Vult itself sucks vs Goons. Siege Tank with full ups = 85 (not 75) DMG. But it's sieging animation lasts hours and it has that damn deadzone around it. Irradiate > Defilers & Lurkers; 2 Scourges > Vessel; Plague+ 1 Muta >>> 100 Vessels Sunken does 20 damage as well, it does 40 DMG to buildings. ONLY. Templars can smash thousands of workers and can be turned into Archons anytime. Defilers are powerful, but they are the only reasonable casters for Zerg and still cost 150 Gas. Actually they are slow, fragile and DON'T KILL ANYTHING, while Vessels and Templars do. Sure, Probes are weak, but they are also small and reliable at micro, so you can do decent scout and worker harasses with 'em. And trust me, Carriers flying over my base are much more frightening than buildings flying over yours. | ||
