. It starts with epic fail by the commentators who for some reason can't distinguish flags and a black man that says hello 78 times.
It is briefly followed by a video of Cologne, showing completely irrelevant things,a speech from the president of Samsung electronics (which I suppose wasn't that bad), a speech by the mayor of cologne trying to pimp out Cologne for more events and an opera singer who has clearly never even bothered to read the lyrics, singing Beyond the Game, and last but not least, a virtual torch getting on stage and some failure fireworks.
