Tough call either way, and Naniwa is normally good about making these kind of decisions. Seems like he just kind of froze between the 2, which ended up in him losing the colossi, the base, and most of his army. Rather unfortunate.

I think the CORRECT decision is to just sac the colossus, and proceed with a gateway mass army like he sorta did after. But he chose to pull the colossus back, which isn't a BAD decision, but was the WRONG one.

He moved his units around and naturally the faster stalkers got in front. He knew he had the bigger army and the better economy so decided to just 'attack'. And then his whole fkn army died and he lost a game he could have won quite easily. Should have let his gold die and position his army correctly. If he fights Nada he wins, if Nada backs down he wins even harder. But ... shit happens

If he fights Nada he wins, if Nada backs down he wins even harder. But ... shit happens Except he didn't just 'attack.' He tried to micro his colossi backwards against 20 vikings and they did not shoot at the marauders, so he ended up losing all his stalkers to marauders while blocking his own zealots while FFing out the marauders so that his zealots couldn't attack even after his stalkers died. He did nearly the worst battle control possible short of moving his army past his opponent's army without firing a single shot. That's why the fight came out so lopsided. Naniwa's PvT is not nearly as solid as it might have seemed from his win streak in MLG. His loss against Thorzain, and this time against Nada, appears to show that he still has quite a bit to work on in this MU.
