That actually makes a lot of sense. Just need to decide beforehand if I am gonna do them at all, but that should be doable

I swear everytime i go to put one on it fits worse than before (legs and lats/shoulders getting too big lol) Just bought a bunch of dress clothing, such a pain in the ass because none of it is athletically tapered for V shape and my legs are always too tight and waist too loose. I barely fit into my favorite suit now which was perfect for skinny zatic :-( Like 2 more months and my legs will bust through that. Damn getting new suits will be such a pain. It was hard enough finding good suits being rather short, now the leg problem comes on top.

Also, can't you buy a decently fitting suit and then go to a tailor? Taking a few inches off the pants can't be hard for a professional. Also, turns out the fatigue is solved by a girl haha, haven't been grinning this bad in years. My feet litterally cannot stop moving. That means workouts may continue :D EDIT: Also also also, I'm just an obvious foreigner

This problem is even worse when you're short... 16" neck at 5'8" means any regular shirt/jacket on rack either won't let me breathe or is made for a short fat guy -_- Next suits I get will have more spent on tailoring than the suit itself I think. I'm at 195x3x5 (although I think I strained my shoulder doing it) and like 100lbs behind your squat/deadlift. But then like every high school/college kid that knows nothing about programming, I've benched significantly more than any other compound exercise in the past.

Bad couple of days. Eating badly too much sugar and not enough protein, only getting ~6 hours of sleep. Might take my two day break now and really recover, try and nail it on saturday.

There was like 10 ladies, 50+ years of age working with a personal trainer and they closed the alcove while they all took it in turns to work out how to use a new pulley machine my gym wasted some money on.

At the moment, I can't even run SC2 on medium without intense lag. So any help would be much appreciated and I'll do my best to make it easy on ya lol

What are your computer's specs? It's probably because you don't have enough memory or you don't have a good enough graphics card (possibly both).

Theres probably a TON of excercises to work all your muscle groups, do i have to pay attention to them all and do them? Im really new to this, any helping direction would be great! Ive also just started to run 3-4 times a week sometimes 4-5 / week.

Ive also just started to run 3-4 times a week sometimes 4-5 / week. I'm no expert, but SS is a very strong full body workout. Also you need to lose the idea of muscle tone, there is muscle and there is not. 'Tone' comes from having muscle mass and a low body fat %. In the OP there are loads of good links to help you find the routine for you, and nutrition guides.
