Hi again, friends. My last album got a great review from the general census at teamliquid, as did most of my electronic tracks. I usually write a few songs a week and I refrain from posting them to teamliquid unless they are sort of a big piece that represents a lot.
That being said, I believe this warrants a blog for my standards. I've been trying to negotiate a record label deal with Alphabasic records, a non profit electronic label founded by The Flashbulb. The problem was, I didn't write any electronic music, aside from dance, for a really long time. I found some new inspiration in the glitch department and I've been working on an album of what I'd like to call, organic glitch. A fusion of the popping, twisting, stretching sounds of life and the cold, digital sounds of a computer. That last sentence was a pretty intense sentence so I regret to inform you, this is probably my least favorite out of the bunch I've been working on. None the less, it's the closest to being finished.
I'm looking for some feedback/general reviews, even if you don't like this area of music or this piece. Thanks for all the support and donations you guys have given me. It's been really special.

Wow! I've never heard anything like this. All the sounds are so crisp and everything just sits very well in the mix. Very cool.

Thank you! I'd like to call it organic glitch but I am not vain enough to label myself differently, I'll leave it to my listeners.
I am really anxious to hear the mix on my monitors. I've been doing a lot of the mixing on my headphones and car speakers. Very excited.

Awesome, I'm infinitely glad you enjoyed it. If you could come stay with me for a week I totally would, haha. But since that's probably out of the question, I run a music production blog aimed at teaching people production techniques and music comp. If you are interested you can follow me at, http://soyouwannaproduce.tumblr.com/
I have no tutorials up yet, but once my house gets fixed, I am going to continue with how I wanted to.
