Setting aside blocks of time: http://www.stevepavlina.com/blog/2004/10/timeboxing/ Visualising: http://www.stevepavlina.com/blog/2009/11/how-to-visualize-your-new-reality/ Transcending the problem: http://www.stevepavlina.com/blog/2010/06/how-to-fall-in-love-with-procrastination/ Hopefully they're useful to you: I found the site, if not those particular articles, very useful for me. Right now I'm 18 and prepping for a job interview for Walmart. I got really lucky on this one but the fight's not over. I plan to tell her my feelings in a week or two in person (not same school or city). Not those small guys at the cashier, but a position at Canada's head office. Might sound pretty disgusting but that's how I got part of my motivation. I just want to be this hardworking guy who gets somewhere and finds happiness. + Show Spoiler + i've been somewhat depressed for most of my life even though i'm not supposed to (better off than a lot of people around the world). i get jealous a lot of the times (my mother died when i was 9, it's hard to look at friends' mothers), fantasize a lot about women (never had a girlfriend), and cry a lot | ||
