He saw that Action 12hatched and the amount of lings he had so he needed to make a sunk at his nat immediately. The zergling counter that never was showed him to be pretty lost and confused that game too. His engagements and zergling micro didn't help matters either.
Plus, Action keeping the overlord at Zero's ramp won him the game.
It's just one of those typical zero games that exemplify his lows at the mirror matchup. Even games where he has had a "huge bo adv" ie http://www.teamliquid.net/tlpd/korean/games/42264_Jaedong_vs_ZerO you could just tell that his game sense is really off. Makes being a Zero fan so depressing and also a huge rollercoaster. -_-

Being Zero fun rules, makes You rage when he is 5th instead of 10th and makes You rage when he is out of PR when he should be 9th (no other spots are available for him in my personal PR I'm afraid). Same goes for being Fantasy fan.
If Stork wins OSL final, and Kal wins, and Hydra wins, I will have 15 votes win streak in liquibet *_*

Hmm, at this point I really don't know how the rankings should go. That one day of MSL really made things weird for us. 1/2/3 - Stork/Bisu/Flash in the most fitting order. Right now, I would put them in the order I listed, because Stork DID make the finals of one league while losing badly in the other. Bisu is probably higher than Flash because Bisu has more wins and Flash no longer has a perfect record. But if Stork loses in the OSL, I'd drop him 1-2 depending on how bad of a loss it is 4/5 - Jaedong/Fantasy - It really should be just Jaedong for #4, but he almost lost to Snow. In fact, it's possible that the only reason he won was because of the maps, and he himself admitted it. Fantasy gets his spot for his deep run in OSL, at this point it depends on whether or not he takes home the gold. 6/7/8 - Zero/Snow/Hydra - Any order, these guys have been doing pretty good where it counts. 9/10 - Violet/Light - Both solid performers in WL. Hope Violet recovers soon though.

Bogus must make this PR. He's got the wins - and against a few solid players too. But more importantly look at who he lost to. There is no shame in his opponents. Top 10 for sure.

How was Fantasy not on this power rank...not even in CBNC...this is heresy

Go look at Fantasy's december.

Its going to be a tough call.
Stork just lost his "aura of invulnerability" by losing 0-3 in a very onesided fashion. Flash is 11-1 since his last loss but he's in neither league. Bisu losing to both Stork and Flash but owning the rest. Jaedong looking weak at times but is still winning. Fantasy going from not even CBNC straight to a finals. Zero beating our best players left and right.
All of this is Flash's fault for dropping a few games at bad times last month.
|
I dreamt last night that I woke up and fantasy was #1 on the PR. Since I assume that could only possibly happen if he won the OSL 3-1 at worst and Stork and Flash fell off the map next week... we'll see tonight (tomorrow) if I actually have ESP or not.
|
After this month it would require flash,jd,stork, bisu to announce their retirements tomorrow for fantasy to make #1 on the PR.
|
What if Fantasy 3-0's Stork with a revolutionary new TvP build that can't be stopped, then proceeds to dominatingly all-kill both KHAN and Hite in WL (let's assume the PR doesn't come out before February 1), while all other players on the PR lose pathetically against scrubs in their remaining WL games?
|
KT and Oz don't have games left this month. Even if fantasy 3-0's stork, and all-kills khan it won't put him in first. Fantasy lost to Flash, jaehoon, ggaemo and zero, plus that embarrassing series vs calm (which he just barely made it out of 3-2). Even with an OSL win I don't think he can redeem himself as top contender.

With the way Flash and Co has been playing I'm not entirely sure about that. The way I view the PR I'd probably still have him beneath TBLS even if he won OSL. Depends a little on how games turn out though.

Which is to say, fantasy lost to:
1) The best player there is right now overall (not in PR terms, but as a "complete player") 2) The 2nd best (after Bisu) PvTer this season (and boy does that sound weird) EDIT: Yah, this is statistically, not actually. Should have made that clear. 3) ggaemo because sure why not (though ggaemo's TvZ is 5-2 this season, good for 3rd best in Proleague) 4) and ZerO (who just beat Flash).
Also even with those losses he's still got a winning Proleague record this month, including wins over Stats, Sea, and Soulkey.
In other words, he's got no bad losses and only one questionable one: even with all the shit-up-tearing that Stork, Bisu, and Flash has done, an OSL win puts him 2nd or 3rd, and a 3-1 or 3-0 OSL win would put him first in my book. It's the frickin' OSL FINAL.
Edit: Part of the reason is that I see fantasy coming in as a huge underdog here. Not Bisu vs sAviOr underdog, but biggest underdog in a final since... I was going to say fantasy vs Jaedong, but to be accurate I guess I have to say Flash vs Movie.
(While I won't argue it, I want to say I thought the fantasy vs Calm series was amazing, not embarassing. Perfect mechanics? No. Perfect strategies? No. Well-played? Yes.)

He could walk on water tomorrow and game 1 of that series would still be enough to keep him off the top spot. That was one of the worst TvZs I have ever seen. Fantasy's decision making was jaw dropping.
|
Did I just read that you claim that both Jaehoon and Bisu have better PvT than Stork this season? O_O Statistics can go all the way to hell if that's the type of conclusions we reach by using at them. Seriously.
I do not think Fantasy has been playing on a level that deserves a #1 spot on the PR even if he beats Stork.

Winning does matter though. Especially the starleague.

Look Ma, no Flash. It's all ZERGS!
