Not sure how similar his situation is to yours, but I assume your condition forces you to cut corners sometimes and make the most out of every action you have. I haven't read all of it, but it's very thorough. I'm sure he'd be willing to discuss some stuff if you PM'd him.

I kinda see where you're coming from. After all, he is "just" playing Starcraft. Fact of the matter though is that his handicap is, well, a handicap, and being able to produce decent games and win in an online RTS with such a handicap is mighty impressive. The video isn't belittling at all because his ability to play is a feat that requires a clever setup, dedication and perseverence in a situation that probably can be frustrating at times. As for your cousin, depening on the severity of his/her condition, interacting normally with a person might be just as impressive, but it's hard to compare skill when it comes to daily interactions. With Starcraft you can easily measure skill and that's where the whole thing becomes notable. To show skill higher than perfectly healthy gamers despite having a significant handicap.

I believe he was paralyzed diving into a lake. To see his story. (I'm 99% sure it's the same guy, it's from the same youtube channel).

I agree, I know something like this is difficult for a quadriplegic, but fairly uninspiring, sorry for being a downer
