Inspiring. Show's true grit, determination, and willpower. Best of luck and well wishes. Edit: 86-68 record!!! Nice man. That's a better win percentage than me.

Working in hospitals I've seen many a person give up on everything after losing functioning of cognitive or physical abilities ( Not saying there's anything wrong with that, I probably would too.) To see you play despite the physical handicap is awesome. Inspiring. Show's true grit, determination, and willpower. Best of luck and well wishes. Edit: 86-68 record!!! Nice man. The human body and brain sure is amazingly good at finding new ways around possible barriers. Kinda reminds of the korean guy Space from the Wc3 community. He had a similar handicap, not quite as much I believe but still. Keep it up =)

Awesome to see someone going above and beyond all expectations. This is one of those videos I'll save in "Watch when life turns to shit" folder. EDIT: P.S. Wouldn't it be easier to bind all the hotkeys to a numpad, buy a separate numpad and use it? It would require less distance for the hand to travel from hotkey to hotkey (please don't ban me)?

I too am handicapped. Muscular Dystrophy. And I see your point. I've always hated the nonsense like "Wow, look at him do mundane things, he is so brave." I do not believe that this falls under that category however, I'm not sure why, but it just feels different to me. Dunno, different strokes for different folks I guess.

He had a much more severe condition afaik (could only move the tips of his fingers, paralyzed from the neck down nearly 100%), and he actually won pro tournaments, beating the likes of Moon etc. He has Muscular Dystrophy, he isnt paralyzed, and his only fault is that due to being under developed he doesnt have the finger length to set control groups so he plays without them. Not to downplay space, he is a great player, but he isnt as bad as you think it is, its mostly his legs and arm strength that are lacking, not his overall finger dexterity. Also im unsure what pro tournaments he won, although a great player i just dont think he won anything. I'm happy that you can find solitude in sc2 and pursue the same hobby as the rest of us, from now on whenever my players complain i will be sending them here to give them a dosage of realism. Keep on driving yourself, as it does inspire those who havent gone through such turmoil.

The difference between your example and this video is that you're example has someone doing something ordinary and would be belittling to your cousin. The guy in this video isn't doing something ordinary he is doing something awesome so its inspiring. If you wanted to use you're autistic cousin as an example to compair with this fairly it would be your autistic cousin charming and picking up hot chicks from a bar.

I think it's awesome that you found a way to share the same hobby with hundreds of thousands of other players and wish you the best if you are considering a bigger future role in the SC2 scene. Who knows, you might be a pro someday. If you're going to dream, mine as well dream big (in whatever that you set your mind to).
