IdrA's game 3 was definitely disappointing, but I still think it was a really important series in how to play ZvT and TvZ. Both players played a way that (would have) defied the normal all-ins or ultra passive play.
I do this too, I think that it just goes to show how valuable it is to have at least another viewpoint on the games.
And the analysis and the recap ion the games is good ^^

Awesome interviews. Thanks both of you for giving it you're best and no matter what happens TL will still back you!

Thanks for the interviews!

does a fairly good job explaining why.. lol.

Now, the Liquid house is shared with the oGs house, correct? That seems to be what I remember from GSL1 from TLO interviews.
If Jinro clinches Code-S, I assume he will be staying in Korea at that house? Are all the foreigners staying at the same house or are they divided between the Liquid house and the EG house, or whatever? What's the housing situation like in Korea for the foreigners?

Nice one. Good luck Jinro!

Awesome analysis. Very well done

Go Jinro! Apparently the Korean commentators were taken by Jinro, much as they were by TLO and Torch in the first season. They've spoken highly of him in the broadcast.

All the TLAF-Liquid players in Korea stay in the Liquid-oGs house. This includes Jinro, Ret, Huk, Haypro, and TLO when he was there.
Idra currently lives in an apartment, and will probably move into an EG house early next year. He will be joined by EG teammates.

afaik it allows you to compete in the next GSL. These 3 generate the highest ranked (code S) players, then the next GSL involves only them.

Uh...I'm pretty sure only 32 of the 64 participants in subsequent GSLs are Code S.

It's bad luck Idra was knocked out in Ro32, but go Jinro! Making it this far is an amazing accomplishment, but I really hope he can get to the S round. THAT would be great to see.

Best of luck, Jinro! You have improved greatly since your MLG win. As for Idra, it seems like every player has builds that are made to counter your playstyle as zerg. So many odds against you in the GSL but your motivation to keep trying is inspiring!

I can't tell if you're being serious; it's the same reason a lot of the world doesn't like IdrA lol!
Fucking awesome interviews; the news of an EG house is incredible and will surely open up pro gaming to western world!

Aaaaw, the beanie was made by Jinro's mom <3. Looks like it really did bring him good fortune and gosu skills!
Best of luck with your Ro16 preparation, Jinro! We're all with ya .

Jinro is definitely no joke.... right after Dallas people paid attention to him and definitely he has proven himself again. His play seriously had no holes (or at least I thought it did), vs moon. It was jsut completely solid. I would be really juiced and happy for him if he won finals.
As for the IdrA not being liked be Koreans. I would probably like IdrA just as much as the rest of this teamliquid did if he was just more humble. Saying Nestea isn't a good zerg and just the various things he says makes me not be a fan as much as everyone else (though I am still a fan). He is undoubtedly the best foreign player and I will always acknowledge his skill, but he is not someone I actively root for.

Did Jinro's mom watch the games? That would have been pretty cool to tune in and see him sporting the new beanie :D

WOOOOO JINRO Made me a fan since his RO64 O_______O Love your beanie and your soju :D JINRO FIGHTING!!
