Anyway, I'm somewhat confused, both by why he's coming to me about it and why he thinks I said anything. But apparently I did something involving Dex that means I'm spying on him and stealing something. I don't know what I stole or who the guy is and nobody is telling me. He just keeps making more threats. Lol this guy must read tl them because this is the only place where you ever even mentioned a drake at all. Strange

They were just trolling after all.

They had some guys sitting off station who we had ready to kill. Got a gang up and headed there but I think we were either unlucky or seen by a neutral scout cause they docked just as we arrived. Played station game bullshit with 3 guys against 10 of theirs but they refused to undock and fight so our gang got bored and drifted apart. A few hours later they made it up to the requisite 18 online 15 man gang with 8 battleships and 3 logistics while we only had 4 guys non afk. Therefore Penguins and i took action to fight a delaying battle. Penguins was cloaked with eyes on them in a rapier while I was safed up (they had no probing ships and in fact just one frigate). As they jumped I attacked a straggling geddon (massive superdangerous battleship) in my drake and it sat there confused while I slowly ground against its armour. Eventually the entire fleet turned around and I started the real game. They were in a big blob sitting at 0 on the gate but I had more range. A few things in their fleet had the speed to chase me down but in doing so they would isolate themselves and the rapier could then uncloak, hold them in position and take the kill. I just kept warping around for an hour or so while they tried to get nearby and get something going. Maybe they knew about the rapier or maybe they were just suspicious but their single assault frigate was not interested. Eventually they burned a sleipnir at me and I started cruising away while blasting at it with missiles. Sleipnirs are tanked like beasts but I wanted the kill so I got the rapier to lock it up with stasis and get his drones on it too. It was isolated, unable to close the range on either Penguins or myself and taking heavy damage but they promptly sprang the trap and dropped the cynabal on me. The cynabal burned the rapier down in a second and their whole fleet immediately warped to it and landed on the rapier as the cynabal pointed it. The rapier immediately started burning with overheated mwd at 3k/s while the cynabal kept pace beside it, holding the point and the rest of the fleet laid into it, hoping to kill it before it got out of range. However despite moving away from the battleship core of their fleet at 3k/s it was still taking really heavy damage. However it had no tackle on it but the disruptor and every other ship was out of tackle range instantly. The stasis switched onto the cynabal bringing it to a halt and the rapier was out of point range, in warp, cloaked and laughing. I had safed up during this time and about 90 minutes after forming up their superfleet the WTs still had two thorns alive and harassing them.
By the time their fleet was actually active we had more people on and I'd drilled the newer guys a little (nowhere near enough). We got a small fleet up, just 3 low skill point drakes, a claymore, a cane and a rupture and cruised on out to meet them. Our interceptors reported a gatecamp so I placed my faith in the training and we just jumped on into them. We executed the gate deployment flawlessly but their guys just ran as we uncloaked. Unfortunately they left a harb behind in the middle of our gang and it confused me greatly as I ordered the fleet to give chase and then to stop and deal with the harb. I'll have to learn to stick with wrong decisions in future rather than change in the middle. However we successfully regrouped with no losses.
In classic war target style, despite having 6 battleships and 2 logistics cruisers arrayed against us, they warped to a station and sat at it at 0. We formed up, warped in and did our stuff. There was some excellent micro by our guys but despite a few almosts we couldn't break through their tank. Two logistics was simply too much for our small fleet so it emerged into a stalemate in which they were unable to chase us down and unwilling to leave the station and try and we simply didn't have the damage. Still, a nice job given their massively more expensive and skill intensive fleet. With good tactics and flying we were able to pin a group of remote rep battleships to a station with a smaller group of battlecruisers. People had to go eventually though and with no more pilots coming I sounded the disengage and we returned home.

Pretty hilarious that the first faction supercap introduced to Eve looks like a giant turd and is useful only for whoring anomalies. ~Sigh~

Decided to reactivate my accounts for the 5 free days seeing as I've finally gotten my head around my Uni work, pretty sure my old Alliance / Corp have dispersed (haven't played since apoc). Hopefully you guys can offer me a home for a bit , where abouts do you guys fly?

Alright, having fun on my 14 day trial and all, but who do I send a PM/mail to to get an invite, and should I go off to the SoE arc, or out to Emol?

More combat tonight. 3 kills and a podding, netted two drakes (battlecruiser) and a bellicose (cruiser). Our only loss was me in a blackbird who in a moment of drake envy flew directly at a drake at max speed with missiles firing and rammed it. Unfortunately he killed me just before he died. Still, the actual fleet combat went exactly to plan. We fucked up their logistics with massive amounts of ewar while still drawing them out with a perfectly working nano fleet. After it rapidly became apparent they were never gonna kill us and that we were dismantling them they all disengaged, warped to a station and docked up.

Another missioning drake kill. He uses the same awful, awful fit. It's good fun. Also he tried to go through a gatecamp that he knew was there. We're making them pay for this war, one way or the other.

Can't believe it took me a month to realize there was a TL EVE corp! Gah. *mimics Day9 brain headshot*
Anyways, hello fellow pod pilots, I've been playing EVE since September 2007 with my main Thenoran which is currently at 53.2m skillpoints. At present I'm living in Amarr space where I do a variety of things from invention at my POS, production of BPs, exploration, missions, planetary interaction and low-sec PvP in (usually) my Pilgrim but I fly many other ships as well.
PvP wise, a lot of my skillpoints are in turrets and support skills (also some industry) and I can fly Amarr/Caldari T2/T3 cruisers, Caldari/Amarr T2 frigates, no lvl V BS skill just yet. Weapon wise I can use T2 small/mid/large energy turrets, T2 small/mid hybrids and T2 HML and HAMs. Assume all support skills at a mix of V and VI.
Been in 0.0 and Providence, but didn't really like the whole blobfests and I get maybe 2-4 hours of EVE time on a good night when I'm not SC2ing or L4D2ing, and those hours I rather spend doing things than having to wait it out in a camped 0.0 station.
PvP wise I visited the FW Minmatar/Amarr area the most, been in FW on the Amarr side for 6 months myself which was fun with random fleets sizing from 3 to 60+. A fun fleet of 25 frigates forcing a Thanny to dock is a fun reminder I have from those days.
I'm currently in my own corp so I could anchor a POS and get some ISKies with quick Invention. My standings are best with Amarr/Caldari but I'm above -5 with Minmatar/Gallente. My POS is home away from home which I visit frequently (it has guns/Ewar/Hardeners and I can manually control the guns just so you know) but I would like to have corp chat buzzing with activity once more.
I know how to use Vent/TS and I also know to always listen to the FC and SHOOT THE PRIMARY. And not to jump through unless told to and such.
My mainly flown ships are: Pilgrim, Crow, Harpy, Drake, Ferox (for the camp of it), Arbitrator, Sacrilege but any T1/T2 Caldari/Amarr cruiser I can fly outside of HICs. Amarr/Caldari BS skills at IV, the other BS skills at III as I never really flew them but wanted to keep my options open. Can fly anything below that at IV or V.
I believe I got some killboard stats on the Amarr militia forum if you need any, been a while since I've visited low-sec after SC2 came out though.
I do have a strong industry side, being able to invent a lot of stuff, use 10 manufacturing and 10 research slots and having a lot of the industry/science skills at IV or V.
I also do my fair share of Exploration and thus know how to scan, once scanned a Legion in low-sec with my Buzzard and managed to get within 12km of him with my Pilgrim before some random LCO decloaked me, gah.
If possible I'd like to see what the TL corp is like/has to offer and go from there. Not sure what I'd do with the POS I have, maybe I could bring into the TL corp or just take it down and put it on the market. (I got hundreds of BPCs now anyway)
It would be really awesome if I could finally get back into small gang PvP again, as my PvP FW days were some of the most fun days I had playing EVE.
I won't be able to join soon though, as I have (no joke) spinal surgery coming next Thursday (damn scoliosis) which will take me out of commission for a while, although hopefully I can get online after a few weeks since most of my recovery restrictions don't apply when sitting behind my computer.
Anyhoot, let me know what you all think and maybe I'll be flying with you guys a few weeks from now.

I can bring TDs as well, they can shut down any turret boat's DPS instantly.
During a war-dec I once got in close to a Nightmare (yeh they brought one thinking we were all nooblets) and we managed to get it to 50% hull without him hitting anyone before their reinforcements arrived. War-dec was lifted a few days later. And cloaky ships are fun and scout gamecamps.
