SeleCT is a draft dodger? lol didn't know that. Ya I would imagine Koreans won't like him.

Considering that there are 32 spots and the "monster" players have already been mentioned above, I think the "monster players"will be quite evenly spread. Brackets are randomized but I doubt that GOM will let two "monster" players play in the same bracket (e.g. nestea and tester). Although many players from the ro64 last GSL haven't started qualifying yet, many of the ro64 players can be easily replaced by someone else from the Korean ladder and hence the brackets won't really be more stacked than before.

I would guess Protoss.. since they have the most WarCraft 3-esque units (beefy health, forcefields, blink). Hmmm, hard to tell. Seeing as I have seen him play throughout 4 years im unsure about the race fit as hes such a allaround good player, both in micro and macro. One could argue that Zerg fits him the best because Moon has been known for his willingness of mass expands and contolling a lot of low health untis (archers, dotts) and such, but also Protoss could fit him because of the forcefield micro could bring similarities to the DoTT micro. Terran could fit him as well because of the base close-off and early game harass. But if Moon himself feels that Zerg fits him the best, I actually trust him.
Moon loves expanding all over the map.

Everyone that qualified is in either Blizzard or SC2Ranks Korean top 200, except Cyrano. No Apples today.

As someone who had never done this before, all I had to do was sign up via the website, verify my time via e-mail, and check in with an ID card when I got there.
If that's stringent, I'm curious what was missing in GSL2. Maybe the time verification?

We don't really know the real reason for him leaving Korea so its best not to post such stuff.
If that was actually the case, I'd be surprised if the authorities let him re-enter and not receive any form of punishment.

Holy Check. I can't understand Korean, so is one of the names in the original post CellaWeRRa's? If not, when is he doing his qualifying matches?

I'm just an English teacher who felt like playing in the biggest SC tourney around, I'm only ranked gold/plat on the NA server. Was surprised enough that I won two games, was fully expecting how my round two games went, which were two quick losses.
Still, 50% in GSL qualifying. Go me!
Nice man, glad to see you take one round, I got 0-2'd again >.< But at least it wasn't as lopsided as the last time I tried, and meeting Artosis and some of the EG guys there was cool.

Im realllllly looking forward to watching that random player in round 64. So much fun could happen. Whoever he is playing has to open extreamly safe, so he might get an advantage from the start.
Also gonna be fucking awesome to see how Moon does.

Thanks man, I am interested ^^ The results aren't too surprising I think. oGs is about the same as Prime, ZeNex is the largest team so they have loads as well. fOu is doing pretty well I'd say, catching up with ZeNex. The three small teams TSL, ST and IM all have equal numbers of players, though the big names are coming out tomorrow for IM and TSL. Anybody know what NsP stands for? It says in the link that NEXGenius has joined NsP, that must be a blow for ZeNex :S
Can't wait for tomorrow's outcomes.

The other poster said he's only been in America for 1 year, and renounced Korean citizenship. Why would anyone give up citizenship after being away from home only 1 year unless they were avoiding a draft? Idra didn't renounce American citizenship and he's been in Korea over 2 years.

Do we hope tasteless qualifies so there are more foreigners in the Gsl or do we hope he fails to so there are both taste- and -tosis Casting?

It seems like Day2 bracket is much tougher lol

Well two suprises for me, first is that oGs is a bit behind Prime and ZeNex. Still one day left of qualifiers.
Also suprised at fOu, coming up as a "new" team announced just before the preliminaries of GSL season two, to have four players qualified already is pretty impressive.
And also happy to see Slayers (sls i suppose i should call them?) represented! Boxers clan is off to a decent start, hopefully he will qualify aswell.
And also really pumped for tomorrow
