Known Intelligence
QXC Normally a Terran monster for root gaming, QXC has decided to play protoss for the games. A good friend and practice partner of Artosis, he claims that they have a Protoss + Zerg strategy that will have Americans once again declaring "Mission Accomplished."
Artosis An American who many believe defected to Korea, Artosis has been secretly gathering intelligence on how the Asians play. He now returns home to fight for Red, White, & Blue, commanding the dominant Korean race: Zerg. Will his Swarm training on the Asian servers and synergy with friend, QXC, be enough to overcome Team Europe?
TheLittleOne When TLO steps on the stage, nerds scream and cry fanatically, as their weak knees buckle while their necks strain to see their rockstar idol. TLO commands a legion of fan nerds and geek freaks wherever he walks, talks, breathes, and plays. A German military mastermind, some say he is using propoganda to brainwash the masses, and start the next OVER 9,000 year German Reich! To fight against the Americans, TLO has enlisted the help of Sweden...
Jinro Commandeering the forces of Sweden, Jinro hails from a secretive society known as Teamliquid.net. Also known from the ancient days of Broodwar playing for Dream.t), Jinro aka FrozenArbiter boasts incredible mechanized play, storming Americans with such fury and ferocity, it has the world wondering why Sweden was ever considered a peaceful country. Will his partnership with TLO be enough to overcome and conquer the U.S.?

Is this really on July 27th, or is that a typo? Also, resize your banner for the unique confines of TL.net.
Looking forward to this.

EDIT: Ah, good catch, it was supposed to be June*
Whats wrong with the banner? I'm using firefox, it doesn't seem to be messing the page or anything.

I'm finding it difficult to read the name of the sponsor.

Let me guess, proxi gates + lings banelings? Whenever a player goes offrace for a game like this I expect him to end it soon or his macro will be lacking. It is rush 99%. And zerg is pretty much bad in in 2v2 in any stage beyond mass speedling early aggression.
P.S. go mothership rush instead.

Ehhh <.< >.> Europe will win. Nonetheless it should be pretty awesome to watch! 2v2's are so rare, and if the beta's up this weekend... oooh yeah. <3 for TL's continuous starcraft lovefest! :D

was hoping for some 'known' teams like aristo & cubert : o

Yea, I think a plain bold black text color at the bottom would work better than the light-grey on top of white. Looks pretty cool otherwise though
Also, excited to see this!
Go team USA !
|
So it'll be americans A moving into a well defended line of death? Where have I seen that befo- lets not go there.
Obviously team europe will be victorious. You do not race-switch against TLO. Obviously there is no such thing as blind patriotism in these europe vs america showmatches. That would be silly and foolish.
Yes I'm looking at you internet. Don't ruin this thread D: .
Good luck and have fun, looking forward to seeing lots of corpses on both sides =).

This has made me so pumped, I was wondering when there would be some 2v2 tourneys, but I wasn't expecting there to be ones with such well known players (let alone 2 of my favourite players on the same team!!).
I'm hoping TLO gets a few games as zerg, just so I can see some awesome TZ builds

german Reich? o.O
Gogo EU

go tlo, go jinro!! i guess europe will win^^ but QXC and artosis are not bad either! love the idea of 2v2 matches because they are much more awsome. they often have much early pressure and so on. just love watching them!! good job hd and husky!

How old is tlo in that photo?

TLO's face is the universal symbol for "random".
