I have the latest version, so I don't know why it's being stupid. Until I can figure this out (may need to reinstall >< ), I think I'll have to pass on my turn, sorry. PM'd nosliw, hopefully he gets it. And hopefully I can fix this soon so the next time my turn comes around I can actually play

Just redownload the patch and patch it again. Lucky random pick! haha Financial leader + amazing first fat cross I'm quite happy with our start. While I'm sure everyone in this game is capable of playing at a Prince level if they really put some thought into it, with the support of their peers, hopefully our good start will give us the edge we may need to take this game. It will be a long game, but I don't think we'll have too many problems.

We've just been fighting animals.... panthers, bears, you name it. This panther has already killed someone, but too bad we ran into him. Justin's boarder popped twice. There are no seafood in sight. Oh, and we killed a bear! Woot! I pre-built some roads to connect our rice (how do I make the pre improvements show up on screen?) Oh and I found out we can hot-key units!!! Ctrl+#. After Agr, i started farming rice(not irrigated ><) AH done 1 turn before our worker gets to cows. The civs are all far away except Justine. I think we should settle the second city 1N from copper and just axe rush him PS: What image uploader do you guys use? mediafire doesn't seem to give good resolution pictures.

Animal husbandry finished and we have horses near by, but at this point I'm thinking that we should still go fast axemen; so these horses will have to wait. Also I got a pasture going on our cows. I decide to start pottery next, since there will be quite a few good cottage spots near our next city, and granaries are pretty cool too. There were 2 more horses that we could see, neither of them very close; but one is just on the other side of Justinian. Somebody wrote something about some people, blah, blah, blah.... Found some more horses up to the Northeast with our scout. Something I forgot to screen shot is that right after defending from a panther, our scout ran into a lion, so i ran away, only to find another lion, that was able to successfully eat our scout. The Incans want to play ball with us. Pottery finishes. I decide to go Masonry next since there is some marble between us and our juicy religious neighbors. Here's were our tech tree stands. Our craftsman invent better axes. For me, this seals the deal on fast axemen. We found our second city. "General" barely edges out "Sports & Games" for the name. (If for whatever reason you can't see the screenshot, it is right next to a source of copper.) And here's our empire when I'm done. We should be able to move out with our axemen during the next person's turn. I PMed ElyAs. Here is the save: + Show Spoiler + http://www.megaupload.com/?d=GNU2IDSB

First of all, I took the worker off his gold mine to work on the copper, so that we train our axes just after the rax. Our exploring warrior kills a Lion and I promote him to woodsman I. 1 xp before woodsman 2 and enhanced movement. Masonry finishes. I go for sailing so that we can use the river as a road to bring our copper to Liquidia (and trade routes) Liquidia expands while a second warrior stumbles upon a panther. He was heading towards Liquidia for defense. During this time, the exploring warriors discovers Darius AND kills a barbarian warrior. Hurray for woodsman II ! Judaism is founded in a distant land or so it seems. Sailing finishes, barracks too. Time for some axe production ! The worker is happily chopping away near Liquidia. I'm going for Writing but I'm not sure it's the best idea. (wanted to tech towards construction) This guy wants to open his borders... I accept as our scouting warrior is just near him Here is our empire after my 20 turns. The granary in Liquidia was just there to wait until the copper was avaliable. I don't have a lot of advice for my successor, except : someone will get the axe ! Save is here :+ Show Spoiler + http://www.megaupload.com/?d=B62IRHQ2 PM sent to Albireo
