If it's a more casual work environment you may get away with just a nice pair of slacks and a polo shirt, otherwise a shirt and tie is a must. They'll ask you questions about your resume, maybe why you want to work for them or how long you plan to be with them. Just keep eye contact and answer confidently. Interviews are cake.

DO NOT WEARS JEANSESESES Nice clothes, confidence, don't be arrogant, and if they say they will call you back, call them yourself a day or two later. It shows that you desire to work.

"What would you do if a customer was upset and creating a scene?" "What is your greatest strength/flaw?" "Do you have any questions for me?" and you better have a question to ask, even if you already know the answer. for greatest flaw, everybody says the same thing, but that is okay "I tend to over analyze things". I'm just guessing with the "if a customer is upset" question, but when i was interviewed for teaching swim lessons they asked something along those lines, and in school they went over similar questions with consultant work. I would say jeans would be okay for an interview to be a waiter, but I would wear a nice dress shirt with it. Good luck!

shit like that, interviews for restaurant are easy. A nice shirt (not t-shirt) and a pair of slacks will do fine. If you wear jeans, make sure they don't have any holes in them, and the thread at the end near ur feet are not coming undone.

Khaki's and a polo should be fine. Call them a couple days after if they haven't called you. Suit/black pants/tie are all pretty overkill for a waiter if its a run-of-the-mill restaraunt.
