It seems so long since I've exercised, Spent years all 'round sat by the desk, And all the while I've long decried, The urge to make me less grotesque
But in the course of days and nights, And sprawled across the floor I fear, With poor living death could draw nigh, My own ill fitness pulling her near
This fair eve I began my run, Beside a man of mountainous build, Still by the light of the setting sun, Then fast by me he quickly spilled
As I stood there, hands on knees, I thought, To Team Liquid so, where ask I ought...
"any tips?"

Relevancy here, Fatass I will be no more, I need tips as well.

Just keep on running. You'll grow stronger by the day. And gain endurance.

yo yo, now look here now you're so fat it makes my eyes go "ow"
to change you gotta keep putting one foot in front of the other but you're so lazy you'll probably say "why bother?"
in fact, as i'm killing you with my sick rhymes and attacks you're hands are digging into a another bag of snacks
i know you're so proud that all your posts are sonnets but i asked shakespeare, he says you're more suited to wear bonnets

get some nice soles and comfy shoes.
Every run try to outdo the previous run by a little bit. There are also exercises like climbing stairs that will help you with hills and stuff.

Don't overdo it. It's easy to get injured, especially if your the type to push yourself hard. Follow a schedule, try not to run 2 days in a row. Have a hard day followed by an easy day, and do your long runs on Saturdays.

a few weeks ago i began run 3 times a week was the plan though not in bad shape it felt like cruel rape just ask nony, he's your man

Are we not drawn onward, we few, drawn onward to new era?

1) Don't overdo it, and 2) Don't compare yourself to other people.
If you work too hard the first couple of days, you will pull something and injure yourself. Then you will be turned off running and not be able to develop the long-term cardio you need to in order to be more fit.
2) Don't worry about how other people are running or if you're going fast or slow. You may see very fit people or, if you're really not fast, not very fit people pass you. Just go at your own pace. You're not in this for some competition, and there's no real race. Run against yourself.
P.S. Don't forget to stretch.

1. Run outside or on a tack (you get to wear cool shades and wave at random people) 2. Use mp3 player 3. Go a long distance, and walk parts if you have to. 4. Keep doing it 5. Do it with a partner somenone who is as fit or fitter (that way you have motiviation to keep running faster/better) 6. You will be hungrier but dont overeat to compensate if your goal is to lose weight.
GL HF, I love running!

When you first start off you will be noob your calfs will ache your quads will too But do not quit cuz of that do not fear for there has always been a pioneer
Before you run make sure you stretch but before that you need to warm up fast And if you see any rapists on the streets, don't forget to pull out your gat.
After your run don't immediatly sit down but however if you want cramp then go ahead god damn. You need to first cool off by running some more Try to keep your mind away from sexing whores.
I loved running so much with a passion me too out of shape so i need some bashin You now motivated me to get out my ass and go out and show the world my fat.

not tip and "tip" might indicate that you were more interested in tips about your poetry and skills therein, which can be only complimented in this case , mr.Sonnet ^^

Base training is important (long and slow distance,) but every once in a while, do some 200m-800m sprints. It will make you a more balanced runner and will help make running more interesting.
I would also suggest picking a 5k about 3 months from now and signing up for it once registration starts. It will provide some encouragement for you to keep on running instead of just quitting after a week.
If you're interested in getting in shape instead of just losing weight, go to the gym 2 or 3 times a week as well.
