It's a little early to say for sure, but I appear to have fixed my sleep schedule!

This was done by hauling heavy crap out of my basement and attic for 6 hours Friday, sleeping 3 hours, and then tending a yard sale (and cleaning up after) on Saturday, and then getting 12 hours of sleep.

And I did this without having ever read a post by a person anywhere, especially not on this site. Don't know what anyone was talking about.
