and how do we know he will actually pay us afterwards? He says so now, but if he gets in and whens nothing, his disposition towards paying the $1000 out of his own pocket might be different, and if he wins, $125,000 would not be so easily forsaken...
If I get in the person I select will 100% get the money I have done a lot of business involving hundreds of thousands of $ with members of lp in the past and never done anything remotely shady. So like I said in the op you can ask any mod on there and they will vouch for me.

I can say with pretty good certainty that if I get in I will be one of the top 5 players in the field. I have more experience in this kind of format than probably anyone else who will play in tournament. I specialize exclusively in nl tournaments and I have played very large amount of SNGS (tournaments which only have 1 or a few tables). Along with that for the past 5 years that I have been playing full time I have been one of the biggest winners in online tournaments. Many of the players who will be in this event are not necessarily the best in this sort of format but instead they are just the most famous players.
As for it being worth it like I said there's only 27 people in the tournament and 1/3 of the field gets paid so its not like it will be rare that I cash and you get money. Remember that to get 125k I have to win but you will get 25% of any cash I have and the top 9 all get paid so very often you will get a decent amount of money. Along with that even if I don't cash you get 1k so you wont ever be empty handed.
If you look at it from a mathematical point its a 1m$ prizepool so each persons equity without skill is around 40k so your equity is 10k. I kinda doubt anyone is going to spend 100 hours working on this or anything but even if you did spend 100 hours on it you would be getting paid 100$ an hour which I imagine is more than most people make. And I know for certain your equity is over $10,000 because I am a favorite against the field.

Unfortunately I have no clue wsop hasnt released any individual vote numbers. The only thing I know for sure is that rekrul got into top 50 with pretty much only tlnet voting for him. So knowing that I dont think it would require some ridiculous amount like 100k votes or anything. But I dont really know just how many will be needed.

Supposing I spent like 10 hours changing my ip and, creating new gmail accounts, and registering enough times to get you in, would that work?

I didn't read anything in your post or this thread in general, but I'm a TL member and I want that $125,000. I'll be okay if whatever the job is requires me to change my life.
