Hello TL, As the title of this blog suggests, I'm doing an English paper on TeamLiquid. And I'm having troubles rummaging through the vast archives of articles here at tl. I was just wondering if anyone could help and link me a few articles that cover the history of tl, its inception and its very early stages. I seem to recall a great article that explored the early days of TL and the state of the coverage of the Pro scene during that time (but I can't remember the name.) Any help/links to articles would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time. - Dr. Tran

Eh, honestly. I'm not trying to be an ass, but why don't you pick an easier topic? Is this a high school or college level course? I don't think a college course would accept a paper on some obscure pro gaming site.

obscure? OBSCURE? How dare you call the purpose of my existence obscure. (I wrote a masters paper based on a case study of TL second language usage and got an A, so it is possible )

College level course, we're doing a first hand research paper on online discourse communities (I'm at Purdue U, if that lends any credibility.) And the last thing I'd call TL would be obscure, I do believe (from what I've seen) that TL is THE one stop shop for everything SC and easily the most recognizable SC forum.
Oh and I didn't choose an easier topic because: I'm familiar with this site, I give lots of respect to the members here, I'm passionate about SC. And I *ahem* ain't no bitch.

Fixed. And I happily accept all beers, real or intended. FuDDx and I have shared several intentions until our meeting comes to pass.
