So my finals pizza is a work of art. I've been perfecting getting the crust ultra paper-thin and crispy. I used to work in a pizza shop, but the stone in the oven is a bit different. I achieved the result though, crustwise, this time. It's brown on the bottom, and almost stiff, despite how insanely thin the crust is. The outside is wavy, because that's just how it gets when it cooks if it's this thin, and is dark brown with some tiny toasted bubbles of cheese on it. I wanted something spicy, because that makes a better snack, so I put a bunch of ground red pepper on with my usual sauce alternative. I just put olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper on the crust. Then I put quite a few pepperoni to increase the spicy and salty factors. Then a bunch of sliced mushrooms provided the weight to the toppings. I love mushrooms. The cheese is primarily mozzerella, but I added a healthy bit of asiago and a sprinkling of feta to moderate the heat. I always cook with the principle of 'hot-cold' in mind, meaning that food is better when you artfully mix hot flavors and temperatures with cool ones. It is good.
EDIT: I forgot to mention that it's made with wheat dough, covered with the cornmeal necessary to roll it out. It makes it a much more full texture.

went to a nutty party last night, fuckin straight wrecked off mdma, at one point there were like 10 fights in under 20 mins, it was so fuckin nuts. I remember seeing a buddy get out of his car and chasing this fuckin kid and just DROPPING HIM, he then got up and my other buddy just WRECKED his face and started stomping it in, the nuttiest thing i've seen in a WHILE i wouldn't be suprised if they ended up in the hospital, it was fuckin HARDCORE.

There is a pizza place in my city with a giant stone ass oven that has burning logs inside it to cook the pizza (prolly like all stone ovens but its the only one I've ever seen). The pizza they make is super thin and crispy like that too. I ordered a napoli pizza with capers and anchovies; the anchovies were diced into tiny bits that almost matched the size of the capers and it they were dispersed amazingly well. I also asked them to add pepperoni and they pepperoni'd the shit outta it for I think 50 cents extra. In short it was the best pizza experience of my life and you made me think about it. Holy fuck how was all that? I've always wanted to try DMT but it seems impossible to find in Canada short of making it yourself out of ordered ingredients. Almost convinced a dealer friend of mine to start producing it and selling it but his paranoia of international drug shit got the best of it (for good reason I bet). I had a crazy intense salvia trip awhile ago now and it spooked me from wanting to do it but lately I've been thinking about it again. fooolish brain why.
