I realize that the drug laws in asian countries are ridiculously barbaric, for example caning as a punishment for possession in Singapore. However that doesn't mean that there aren't hundreds if not thousands of people who get away with growing there all the time because they don't make an effort to sell their crop (just keep it for you...) and they don't tell ANYONE, which is the most important part. Other than that it's not like South Korea has some magical fairy that keeps people from growing within it's borders. | ||
