Anyway, I'm D+ atm with about 50% winning rate (had to play a lot of koreans :O ). Last season I had 3 accounts on C, the best with ~70% winning rate. I hope I get C+ this season. I play pvz pvt tvp usually.
Regarding 2on2: I'd like an ally who is at least C in 1on1 himself and is quite active(~2 hours a day). I don't want to play random games but really learn how to play 2on2 (thinking of and using good strategies for each map, analyzing replays..)

I'll ally you on occasion and I'm always willing to give indepth 2v2 analysis for replays. I can't commit to allying you on a "permanent" basis so if we are on at the same time we can play a few 2v2's. Feel free to PM me with replays and I'll give you some advice (posting in the strat forum tends to get ignored and I dislike repeating myself 50000 times in threads and writing several page long replies that I feel are not read at all).
