UPDATE:
Me = Happy. I complained to Blizzard about me not hacking and they have reversed my deactivation of my account! I can play on the other servers! This is great!

Can anyone instruct me on how to use this program? I know it sounds redundant but I'm not too savvy with this type of shit.

Not that I know of. Today I have off (work) and I was hoping to get some games going today. Since Iccup is down atm (til tomorrow) I want to log back onto the other bnet servers but I cant cuz of my cd key.

I get an error that I should run setup.exe bc there is a problem loading a cursor file...

if you're still looking for the cd key changer then try that out. don't know if it still works though because it's pretty old.

and i have no idea what that cursor file error is.

I've tried these a lot, I think they are all outdated. I think the file it replaces got more added into it during a later patch but it gives you a file much smaller than what it replaces.

Its telling me if the problem persists, then I should reinstall. But that wouldnt do anything would it? Cause I have to reinstall ICCup then right (which would disable my key?)?

My guess is that you have the iccup rip? I believe the CD key changer edits a .mpq file in your SC directory, but because you lack registry entries, the program can't find the necessary files.

well i installed my original StarCraft CD w/ authorized key but my BW CD broke. So I had to get the ICCup file to play BW.

So I am missing a file and need to buy the game again!? For the 6th time?!

cursor\arrow.grp is the graphic file for the normal arrow in brood war, you can get someone to use mpqviewer to extract and coppy theirs and you can put it into your mpq and it should work, although its strange because I don't think you can normally delete the files inside your mpq.

I believe CD key changer appeared when SC was using an older type of cdkeys. The new keys are like 26 characters long now, and since the key changer has (to my knowledge) not been updated in years it is either incompatible to the key or the key is incompatible to the version of SC you have.

I remember it was possible to download SC legally from the battle.net or Blizzard site if you owned a CD key.
