I'm trying to order stuff online, and unlike amazon or other American (don't know about others) but here you require registration of some sorts.
I have two choices, either give my real name and Korean SSN (hereby KSSN) or use a goverment-approved program called i-pin, which stands for internet personal identification number. Unfortunately, to get an ipin number you need your identity verified, with name and KSSN.
Although I was born in October 1991, every time I tried to register whether by both methods they say I'm not man-17 year old yet, and direct me to the 14-17 years old page, which further directs me to the 14 year old site.
Due to this annoying bug(?) I can't even use naver to use jisik-in. Please help as I only have a few days left until I can order!
