"I believe I will have to win more titles from now on"
- It's been a while since you have won a title.
▲ 1 Year and 5 months to be exact, and yes it has been a long time since. I played poorly in individual leagues and it makes me happy that I've won today. Alot of players who started around the same time as me has won alot of titles, and now I want to catch up and eventually surpass them.
- You failed to achieve a perfect score
▲ It is sad I couldn't get a perfect score, but I think what's more important is that I've won and I tried really hard. When I lost set 1 was very shocked, but I got over it.
- Your defense is amazing. How do you defend so well?
▲ Your eyes and senses have to be sharp. You have to know how fast your enemy troops will arrive and how fast you reinforce your base. I guess my sharp sense allow me to defend better.
- What set do you think was the most challenging?
▲ To be honest with you, my personal opinion was set 1. I lost in such a depressing fashion that I was shocked, but it allowed me to prepare for the next 4 games. Fortunately, the match ended at the 4th game so it turned out fine.
- How did you prepare for the GOMTV Final?
▲ I've prepared for 3 weeks. Excluding the days I've been playing the Grand Final Event match, I've been only practicing this final. Alot of the terrans in my team are very good players, and the aggressive style
fOrGG helped me alot. Leta also helped me practice my final, and before I came to the stadium and the finals started, fantasy helped prepare until the last minute. I would like to say thank you to all of them.(T/N) Fantasy has been helping Flash since the Grand Finals ended. Talk about great friendship.
- You seem to be very close with
Leta and fantasy▲ Both hyungs helped me alot. The only players I've practiced with whom are outside the team are leta and fantasy. I've practiced with the 2 greatest terrans, so I believed I was able to win.
- Because of your poor performance in Individual leagues, you must've been stressed out quite alot. But you won today so you should be relieved
▲ No. I've won a title way too late and I am not satisfied with this one win. I need to win more to catch up, and next time I will try even harder.
- So how will you spend your days now?
▲ Our team is currently playing the STX Cup, and I wish we can win so I can take a break. Since I won today, I will now appear in the STX cup. Our coach really helped me out, so I think it's about time I repay back the debt and start playing for him more often. We (our team) will practice hard and try winning the STXcup
- How will you spend your prize money?
▲ I will have a feast with my team. Also, I've promised the people who have been helping me outside the team a huge meal so I have to buy them too. I guess I'll give the rest to my parents.
- Alot of people are saying your poor individual league performance is because of your predictable style.
▲ I want to change the way I play too, but as a progamer it is so hard to change something you have been doing for years. I will prepare new types of cheeses in hopes of changing my style. If I think back on it, due to my win at such an early age I think I got too cocky to believe I don't need to change to become better. I will change so my weaknesses will not be as obvious and become a better player.
- Last words?
▲ It's been 17 months since I won something and I am sorry to my fans who've waited for it for so long. I know you all have been looking at me with hope when I did good in proleague, only to fail your expectations over and over again. From now on, I will make sure I will not only be good at proleague, but also indiv leagues and become one of the best.
