As I laid in bed last night unable to sleep, I noticed a light seeping through the blinds. I peeked out the window and caught a glimpse of the moon. It was brilliant. While fumbling the light through my hands, a thought hit me. The light particles which were now strewn across my bed and hand had, at one point, bounced off the moon. The fucking moon.

i have those vertical folding blinds and they have little holes for the strings to connect them. so i had a few lines of little ovals floating around in my room. it was pretty nifty.
If you really want to blow your mind think about this: Some of the stars we're just now seeing blowing up actually blew up before humans even existed, the light is just now reaching our telescopes.
it's not so much the aspect of time that intrigues me. it's that the particles have traveled across the solar system only to end up in my room. it's like whoaaaaa.
