Im not protoss and Ive never (NEVER) plaved pvt but I think you had way too many gates in the beggining and your 4th was so late...
Also probe saturation wasnt too good imo (just hotkey nexuses(?) as 0 9 8 and spam 0p9p8p)

One thing that will help your game is practising your BO till you know it perfectly. You need to be pumping probes constantly in the early game and you skipped a couple to get buildings early which you didn't need to do, and it put you behind economy wise. Get used to scouting with a probe early as well, normally against Terran you send one at 10 supply.If you scout you can tell what your enemy is doing and not have to waste minerals on gates, which means you can expand a lot earlier. There's a lot more you can do but these are the things you can incorporate into your game easily, especially as you are very new.

The main thing is get your BO perfect and keep pumping probes early game.
