I just had a weirdass dream. I fell asleep when pink floyd's "goodbye blue sky" came on, and I was in some temple running from a bigass monster. Suddenly, I found it, like I ran into the room where it was, but to escape I jumped down this endless shaft.
I ended up on a bunkbed in a room with all my future roommates. I was arguing with one of them over something, and he 'yelled' (it was really just a thought--an idea without words that you understand and that can translate into words, but its still that idea, the way you get them in dreams) "so what are we here for!?"
So I answered "Be happy and make babies"
fast-forward past some other nonsense: Later in the dream I went back to the temple and befriended the monster. I talked to it for a while but it had to be careful not to breathe in too hard or it would eat me
I lol'd when I woke up. Literally as soon as I woke up. I don't know what happened, but now I'm one happy motherfucker. I don't know if I understand the meaning of life or not, but I do understand what I said in my dream. I thought I'd share this experience with you all.
Be happy and make babies.

Well, that is one of the commandments God gave the humans in every version of the bible.
"Be fruitful and multiply" perhaps you were visited by God, who you were so afraid of that you ran away but escaping your fear of this "monster" or this "unknown" you later braved your fear and came back to it.
Lolol you were given a message.

I like the way dreams can affect your whole day. Sometimes I wake up very moody because of my dream and it sticks to me till the afternoon.
Sometimes I wake up and I'm just fucking happy for no reason, dreams again.

But... I won't be making any babies. D: Still pretty happy though. :3

Dreams are so weird. I had a dream where my bro was playing the piano. Well, he wasn't, he was sitting at the piano chair humming what he was about to play on the piano. Then I met some girls that stole my ice cream and I started yelling at them. I woke up really really sad

I dreamt that I did some ritual and I ate my cat I thought it was ok because he was asleep and didn't woke up, but he didn't die.
When I woke up I was sooo sad, as soon as I met my cat (Leo) I gave him a huuge hug

Sometimes, I don't wanna wake up from a very good dream like piercing hydra's with my shape shifted hands that turn to psi blades then throwing their hearts to the crowd.
Or being Kenshin Himura and Gambit at the same time with skills coming from marvel vs capcom.
Fucking hell, I don't know why I get these weird ass dreams and I'm already twenty four. LOL

I get this recurring dream involving some man made three tier beach and the tide rises and the waves get mad high and everyone just laid out on the upper two tiers watching the people on the bottom tier (myself included, but only sometimes) scrabble for their lives up this incredibly hard-to-get up-on-your-hands-and-feet 45 degree slope. If you don't make it, the giant waves come wash/pound you away. If you do, you sit on tier 2 or 3 sweating, catching your breath as you watch the waves come in. I've been on the bottom and managed to scrabble up at the last minute, very relieved lol. Such real feeling and sensations in dreams.. I've been on the bottom tier and tried so fucking hard to get up, when it dawns on you that you are sliding down futher than where you started that sinking feeling in your heart is very very real. Terrifying. Defeat. Death. Then starting up on tier 2/3 is weird because you know you've been in the bad place before but you aren't now (even though it's the same dream, it's a different night with a different outcome) so you just sit kinda calm like meh I'm glad I'm not scrabbling up that slope for dear life...
anyone else been here? there's others but I don't know, talk to or look at them.
edit:I'll try to be happy and make babies though ! That's always been my mission

Recurring dreams can be downright scary.
I had one where my sister met this older boy (this was when we were all in high school). My whole family was in this underground parking lot and the 'boyfriend' was asking her to come with him. Our family was pleading with her not to go, but everytime she went.
Basically in each dream, he kills her and proceeds to kill each member of our family. Each time we hide somewhere different, or try to get away differently, but we always end up dying.
I also had another one where my dad was taking out the trash, and right when he comes back into the house and closes the door, a hand blocks the door, opens it and murders our family. Again, different tactics, same outcome. Even when we know the attacker is coming, we still die.
Anywho, good times.

I had another dream which reminded me of this blog. I met the monster again last night. I shouldn't call it a monster, even. Its just something so immense and so full of purpose my mind can only hold a vague concept of what it is. Didn't really talk or interact, but just an awareness of it there.
A lot of really strong emotions have been stirring in me lately. Concepts and images, moments of intense immersion. It might be time to start a book. After the baby-makin', of course.

my roommate on the bunk below me had a weird dream last night too. he was an elite soldier in a highly ranked millitary unit. his mission was on an island in the middle of an ocean. he was battling weird things kind of like grunts from halo which got progressively bigger until finally a giant robotic machine came and they had to take it down.
suddenly the island lifted up. he was really a toy in a bathtub fighting other toys on a boy's head. the boy started eating the toys and the last thing he remembers before waking up was getting eaten by the boy and falling down a long, dark pit into a stomach.
