Generally, ppl on TL make fun of Foxnews for being conservative but I almost never hear MSNBC bashed for this kind of reporting. Which I guess shows that people don't so much mind bias, as they mind bias that doesn't agree with their own views. When bad journalism agrees with your opinions, you get reactions like: goddamn this is going to be on my favorite list and that is pretty sad.

"Half of those polled say U.S. would be better off if Al Gore had won in 2000" LoL, how suprising is that? I guess 8 years must have really changed a lot of people's minds about how they voted... EDIT: Actually its not as funny as I initially thought because I misread the explanatory paragraph that stated: " Half of those polled say the United States could be better off today if Al Gore had been elected president in 2000 rather than Bush, with 27 percent saying the country would be worse off if Gore had won. Twenty-two percent say things would be about the same." I thought it had said that 27% thought it would better and 27% worse. Still, 50% say worse, and 49% say the same or better. Still seems like not too many people are convinced that they made the wrong vote since the outcome of the election was 48.4% for Gore and 47.9% for Bush. Any guesses as to which 50% it was that thought things would have been better under Gore?

Don't get this wrong, I think Bush is an idiot - but Olbermann showed an obvious bias in his report, which makes this more like entertainment than journalism.

I think there is a difference between educated rants and flat out bullshit.
