Ever having sleep paralysis. OMG.
Woke up from a surprisingly realistic dream about how Earth was going to implode from HIV, and heard this crazy high pitch white noise that wouldn't go away. I tried moving, but obviously couldn't. I swear to God I saw kobolds (from WoW ) walking in and out of my room talking about slaughtering me. And the more I tried to move, the louder the white noise got.
Brb cleaning my underwear.

Chill dude, it`s completely normal, when your body needs to recover it goes to a mode where all the body functions are minimum. The dreams are a totally different story tho. And i can tell you its the projection of your mind, playing tricks on you. The goal is to control and be aware in your dream, this is what eastern masters do as a first step in meditation practice. It`s completely normal for everyone to do it, but people lack consciousness and trained bodies so they do it like this, unconscious and unaware of what`s really going on. Just don`t be freaked out. Relax and enjoy, ask questions in those situations and you`ll be amazed. Good luck.

Give me 50 bucks and a club and I'll see what I can do. I have to warn you though, chances are that paralysis will be permanent after the "treatment"

I had the same thing this morning, weird ass dream, I'm at the beach, 2m wall of water comes crashing on me, leaves me lying on the sand underwater while watching the wave crashing over me, not being able to breathe or move. Not breathing scary shit but after was a freaking kickass experience imo.

it's sort of cool, but mainly just scary and confusing like having sex with a girl who has your mother's voice

I had this happen a couple times recently for the first time too. I really can't recommend it.

What the paralysis or the incest?

I've experienced sleep paralysis and a lucid dream all in 1 night
The most interesting thing about the experience was how I realized I was dreaming. Essentially, the dream was taking place at school but something in my mind told me "it's summer time, there is no school, you're dreaming" and I instantly became a God, like I was Neo finally understanding the Matrix
I started to do all kinds of crazy things and was having an amazing time. I tried flying and eventually hit a wall. Instead of crashing through the wall and bursting out the other side, the world started to blur like if you used the no clip code for Doom 2 (idclip) and started walking off the map. After a few seconds of seeing these weird blurs I realized I was losing control of my dream and I woke up. I found myself laying it my bed, looking at my ceiling but paralyzed. I started to panic and it got worse as I felt my "soul" floating up towards the ceiling. After rising up a few feet, gravity brought me crashing back to my bed.

sleep paralysis is so scary when you live by yourself lol. one time i woke up and thought my house was being robbed. i could see the dudes shadow against the wall making all these subtle movements but couldn't for the life of me get out of bed to do something about it :[
