So ive been intrested and practicing magic for around 7 years or so.In that time ive acumulated quite alot of books, magizenes, tapes, and dvds. Most of the magic ive worked on are non-card magic, and mostly close-up style of magic. Recently I have really gotten into card magic and so the last few weeks ive been working on my card basics shuffling, cutting, and just handleing the cards(must walk before the run).Ive also been working on a few basic card tricks.Id really like to share them with you but because of my home being robbed recently I have no video or picture devices currently. Sooo heres a video from youtube with one of the tricks ive been working on its called Unshuffling Rebbeca its a Paul Harris effect (Paul is one of my fav. close-up kinda guy). Its a neat trick where a deck of cards is split into a face up and a face down halfs by weaving them together and pushing you get one half to right itself.well here it is and you shall see.
Yay, I'm a card magician myself. AHH but please credit with videos!! The second video that BalloonFight posted includes Brian Tudor's "Awesome Blossom" (the four Ace production) and Lee Asher's renowned "Asher Twist." I've been doing card magic for about a year and a half, and I'll post a video soon because I'm entering a contest anyway hehe.
Also Ballonfight im not a huge fan of card florushes they are neat but not my cup of tea.Devo dan and dave and all those others do some very nice stuff but Really I personally dont see myself taking the time to learn some of the advanced card work. Now if I can use it to further a tricks plot, story, etc then maybe but still cool stuff to watch.

Oh my bad, forgot to give credit to Asher. I actually didn't know what the 4 ace production was called. Thanks for the info.
@Fudd: Yeah I dunno why but I've just been REALLY into flourishing lately as opposed to magic. I love magic, almost exlusively card tricks, but man I just can't get enough of flourishing heh.
Bill Malone is great,Ive got a friend who does that routine very well. Its very entertaining. There is a guy named Rick Merril who has a terrific coin and sharpie routine that blew me away.Unfortunetly every time ive seen the video on youtube it is taken down within a few days.
