I'm going to continue to believe what I do until someone explicitly states something else, and does flip flop on there later points. If you also now believe Hamas is at least as bad or worse than the Israel's then great for coming around. If you think Hamas is obviously not as bad like Neb than shame on you. It shows you, like him do not understand how mixed the Israelis are compared to how monoethnic Hamas is. But it is not like a remotely care about your blatantly biased opinion of me or others. I do not understand why you continue to crowbar your way into various discussions. Basically no one is left that thinks of you as some reasonable third party. Your biases are just too strong and obvious. Stick to saying what you think and stop trying to think what I think or what others do, you are not good at it. Why are you saying that Hamas is worse because they're monoethnic? What kind of racist reasoning is that?

If Israel were to surrender unconditionally to HAMAS and Hezbollah today, and let them divide up the Israeli state, their new rulers would of course treat them with the utmost kindness and compassion! There would be absolutely no genocide whatsoever! Are you aware of what happened in Israel the last two ish days? Are you aware that a bunch of European and American civilians, who were so obviously not military targets in any way, were murdered, raped, and kidnapped? Are you aware that HAMAS killed or murdered almost every single person at the desert music festival promoting Israeli Palestinian PEACE? Of course, you are aware of all these things, you just think that the mass murder of everyone in Israel (sorry, 99% of Israel) is fundamentally a justified act. That is sick. EDIT: the post I am quoting was made in the US Pol thread. EDIT: Kwark responds there On October 09 2023 04:15 KwarK wrote: Yeah, nobody is saying that Hamas should be put in charge of Israel. Furthermore I can’t believe that you’d come in here and so brazenly declare your open support for Hitler and the Holocaust. You should be ashamed of yourself. Don’t you know that Hitler is considered a bad guy? Go fuck yourself you Nazi piece of shit.

I must have the missed the part of Brexit where marauding Brits raped, murdered, and kidnapped hundreds (at least) of Europeans. (Relative to population, it would be 20,000 Europeans or so.) More importantly, I'm not the one saying Israel getting wiped of the map wouldn't be that bad. If you want to make that claim, you ought to defend it against the entirely reasonable point that we all saw what HAMAS rule of Israel would look like yesterday. You, of course, know this quite well. Therefore, by claiming that Israel getting wiped off the map by HAMAS "wouldn't be that bad" and wouldn't entail a Second Holocaust, you are in effect endorsing HAMAS's brutality. I'm a Jew, asshole. EDIT: also, I can't help but notice how much of your post is deflection. You don't actually attempt to justify your comment eariler. "You can do all sorts of things with maps without genocide." HAMAS can't do shit to a map of Israel without genociding every Israeli they can get their hands on. Which is my entire point, that by playing down the consequences of such an outcome you are literally saying Shoah 2.0 wouldn't be that bad. Of course, you try and engage with my actual criticism as little as possible. Followed by Some stupid irrelevent comment about Brexit, and then of course "Go fuck yourself you Nazi piece of shit." To a Jew. As a defense of your claim that "Wiping Israel off the map doesn’t necessarily mean killing every Israeli.... They conflate the two deliberately." If HAMAS wipes Israel off the map, the two are one and the same. That's my point.

I can’t believe you’d so openly advocate for the resurrection of Lenin and the eradication of the kulaks. Your ongoing sexual relationship with Pol Pot is no excuse, even if you say you’re in love. You’re basically a Nazi. Please let me know when you’re ready to start being serious. Making up things to be angry about and then insulting people on the internet is no way to live your life. I don’t even know who you think you’re arguing with at this point. I’m not defending whatever thing you imagined I said, just making up equally ridiculous things and accusing you of them. It’s not an exchange of ideas, just name calling because for some reason you thought you just think that the mass murder of everyone in Israel (sorry, 99% of Israel) is fundamentally a justified act. That is sick. was an appropriate way to talk to people.

Can you explain a little more why you don't think it's remotely similar? 1) Children simply have no place in any of those. There should not be a single child left to remain in Gaza. The % chance of direct, unfiltered, unrelenting military aggression against Gaza is essentially 100%. However, adults are within their right to risk their lives. But adults are not within their right to risk the lives of children. Protecting children should be the top priority. 2) The chance of succeeding in defense is actually 0%. There needs to be a recognition of the idea that this ship sailed and that this can't be framed as anything more than "going down with the ship". A choice to stay is a choice to die without any room for variability.

You are saying, repeatedly, that if some Arab state were to be turned into the rulers of Israel tomorrow, that there would be no genocidal campaign carried out against the Jews. In the context of this conflict, I can only assume we are talking about HAMAS or Hezbollah ruling Israel. I assume you will claim you meant Egypt and Jordan, or the Ottomans, or the British Empire. But the only people who still carry on the fight against Israel are the Iranian backed governments of Hezbollah and HAMAS. In my opinion, to say that "wiping Israel off the map doesn't necessarily mean killing every single Israeli" a day after Israel experiences its own 9/11 is just unbelievably disgusting. Would you have said / did you say the same thing about Americans after 9/11?

I don’t necessarily subscribe to that view but I absolutely understand it. Israel is a party to this, any solution built on the Israeli state will be viewed by both sides as a victor. The idea that opposition to anything Israel does is an open declaration in favour of Auschwitz is dumb as hell. Israel is a political entity, not the Jewish people. It’s frustrating that the idiots insist on combining them so that they can skip all good faith discussions and just call people Nazis. Especially given they never stop to say “just checking before I lose my mind, are you arguing for political restructuring or a Holocaust?”
