I've also set up a Discord server for anyone who's currently playing the final pre-release version of Mango Mischief: https://discord.gg/uMVst9Ggm2
This brings me to the primary reason for making this update: If you'd like to play the final pre-release version of Mango Mischief immediately (especially if you're willing to give me feedback and perhaps even stream it / send me VODs of your playthrough), please let me know! I will send you it for free, it's essentially the full game, and I'd love to hear your thoughts on it, as well as have you join our Discord! I'm trying to make my game as great as possible, and the best ways to do that are to see others play it and to gather feedback from them (i.e., I need as much data as possible).
If you'd like to play it, please just private message me your e-mail address so that I can share with you the .zip and .rar packages that contain the game. I only ask, in return, that you regularly give me feedback on the game, before the end of April (the good, the bad, *everything*), occasionally participate in our Discord, and if you want to stream it, please send me the VODs so that I can watch them and gather even more information on how my players are playing the game.
Thanks for taking the time to read my second blog post about Mango Mischief! I hope you end up playing my game, whether it's the current pre-release version or the eventual final game on Steam!

Thanks so much! I've been working my ass off on it, every day for nearly two years haha
trust me when it comes to games, its more impressive that you managed complete and to put it out than how long you took, I've been sitting on my pet project for almost 6 years now, between you and trozz I feel more motivated to work on it again.

Thanks! Creating my own video game has been on my bucket list for a very long time, and I don't remember the last time I had so much intrinsic motivation to work on a passion project this large Between being a full-time teacher, a part-time tutor, and a husband, I still found time and energy to work on Mango Mischief.
I won't have time to play it with children consuming my free time, but just wanted to say that I'm super proud of you! This is such a huge accomplishment. I build simulators full time either by myself or with one other person and even with a dedicated 40 hrs per week it can be really hard to finish a new product in under a year. Congratulations, and I hope this does well for you.

Thanks! I've always loved JRPGs, and for years I would casually think about what elements I liked/disliked from my favorite role-playing games, and it's cool to be able to make a game I'm really proud of ^^
Thanks for the video, and thank you for taking the time to play my game! And you're totally right that I didn't make Mango Mischief insanely difficult (I didn't want to force players to grind experience for hours, if they didn't want to), although the post-game content presents some unique challenges and high-level battles that definitely require a lot more strategy!
