Playing BW used to help me stay awake for long hours but I had to uninstall because I was playing it a bit too much. Get out, go for a walk. Breath in some fresh air. Move some muscles. Get your blood pressure up. Probably the healthiest way to stay awake

One can really just reccommend aerobic physical exercise to increase one's endurance without stimulants. I envy you because I'm more of an insomniac and constantly struggle to keep a regular sleep schedule.

You can try different teas as well. Green tea or white tea might make you feel better than coffee or black tea.

Helping you stay awake sounds like helping you get burned out. At which point you certainly won't be able to do much at all. Get enough sleep!

Just recently I read about sleeping and rest. I took this from Wikipedia, it might be of use to you: Chronic sleep loss can impact performance similarly to total sleep loss and recent studies have shown that cognitive impairment after 17 hours of wakefulness is similar to impairment from an elevated blood alcohol level. It has been suggested that work overload and circadian de-synchronization may cause performance impairment. Those who perform shift work suffer from increased fatigue because the timing of their sleep/wake schedule is out of sync with natural daylight (see Shift work syndrome). They are more prone to auto and industrial accidents as well as a decreased quality of work and productivity on the job.

What I do is meditating and Chakra work. Your challenge resonates with the Solaplexus - which is responsible for your energy that moves in and out of yur body. This may be not the "common reply" here on TL, but more and more people open up to those themes. Also I can highly recommend a clean food week. For example only vegetables and fruits for a week. This helps to improve the stomach. Like a coffee machine needs *anti kalk* every some month. Humans also should detox their body a lot more often. Anyway if SC2 or Gaming keeps you awake , maybe you should play again D: just do what you are passionate about. I did not do it for some time. All the best.

Having just started school again it took me about 2 weeks to realise I couldn’t ram in overtime at my job and be out of the house until 10/11 and catch up studying hours until late doors. One, the information wasn’t being assimilated very efficiently and I was just getting cumulatively more tired trying to do this schedule that demonstrably didn’t work so I had to make changes

https://www.sleepadvisor.org/coffee-nap/ Bottom line: - ingest caffeine - take a 20 minute nap, which clears all your adenosine receptors (adenosine is the stuff that makes you tired/drowsy) - caffeine kicks in, filling all available adenosine receptors. - new adenosine cannot attach itself to a receptor because they're all blocked - you don't get tired for a long time
