First of all, this is childrens toothpaste and second, pretty much all our toothpaste are minty Cold water, well yes. It's tap water and could be heated. But the problem here seems either A: you are very sensitive to this or B there is something wrong. Hard plastic tools? This shit has to be washed and cleaned really hot 20 times a day. I don't think hard plastic is the right material here.

It's easy to find reviews or reddit threads by googling the game's name. I'm mostly interested in knowing which websites with reviews have the best reputation.

Imho Kotor 2 with the fan patch is really, really awesome. I played it 2-3 years ago and was totally hooked. Kotor 1 is probably ok too but imho the story us based too strongly on the main twists to make me wanna replay it.

Don't remember why though, I liked the game in general. More than likely you got burned out near the ending because it is incredibly unfinished. The plot almost completely evaporates at the end of the game, with some of your allies not even getting a concluding scene (and the majority have extremely brief endings), and the final world is a disjointed mess outside of the Exile's story (as far as I can remember, been close to a decade since I last played the game).

But these are my initial concerns: reproducability (or how many runs they do and how comparable are the results) and false positives (and negatives). Also, noise to signal ratio cutoffs. These are all very important issues that they don't have to disclose with the public. Something academics have to do all the time.
