I think because he prepared for Terrans (Afreeca) and won yesterday they trusted him more than the others on the team, even with a macro game. Gotta remember, he used to be one of the best Zerg lategame guys. Maybe telling him to all-in would have been better. But he's definitely the player I'd have sent out aswell.

That would be around mid April (the 11th or something). And his GSL group was pushed back by a week.

Yep. The only cheese in this game that you see like 1000 miles away and still can't do zip about it. I like cheese, as my user name suggests, but man where is the skill component to this cheese, if you can plant the nydus right in the middle of opponents vision and he can do nothing to stop it? Well this wasn't the usual shit with transfusing the shit out of it. This was about Zest not having any units on the ground. I am OK with nerfing the nydus, but not based on this game, Zest had almost 0 units... If nydus is vulnerable while it's being built, then Zest can just pull probes and prevent the nydus from ever coming up. Which is good and logical. I mean, if I'm that daft of a player to plant a nydus/pylon/whatever right there where the opponent can see it, he should be able to stop it right away. I agree. But with units. That's why I think the best way to fix the nydus is to add it armor and remove the invulnerability. This way you can kill it with actual units but you cannot kill it with workers Why does it matter whether units or workers are being used? Should pylons/photon cannons also have armor, so that Zergs and Terran can only stop related abuse/cheese with units? You are comparing Pylons/Photons/Bunkers with Nydus that is tier 2 and needs a big investment? Sorry, but you are just showing your incredible bias and really can't be taken seriously after this comment. It was an exaggerated comparison, just to show how nonsensical the idea behind an invulnerable or high armor Nydus is. Rouge was able to pull of nice harass and he would probably have won regardless of the follow up. But man, planting a Nydus right there where Zest can see it right away but can do nothing about it. It goes against the logic of cheese, that if you scout it, you have a much higher chance of stopping it. Invulnerable Nydus is the worst example of defenders disadvantage in this game.

I know, but this is Jin Air, they don't follow the common sense rules of "ok, it's not worthy anymore" and they are quite dirty players... Zest should have take another round of patrol around his bases, specially with a map such open. Also correct me if I'm wrong in this but... Zest wasn't that much pressured to slow down the Zerg's economy, because it wasn't a 3 hatch before pool. He could afford another round of patrolling before heading to Rogue's base. Right?

After killing 3 overlords he probably thought "Well, he has overlord speed, there's no way I'll catch any out on the map now, no way he doesn't have them all at home." I think the bigger mistake was not pulling his probes when 2 overlords suddenly floated into his mineral lines. Whether it's lings, banes or roaches, the probes can't stay.

I don't say make it invulnerable against workers, but I don't like the state of pre-LotV nydus, where you was just smiling and killing it with probe hit squad. That's just bad.
