Zoro v Jack is a great match up for a fight and would b epic as fuck.

What a chapter...again! I'd say the breaks every now and then are totally worth it.
But when did Luffy hear voices? I doubt we have seen any kind of explanation of why yet, but I don't even remember him or Roger hearing voices at all (man, this manga has been going on forever). Can someone enlighten me?

He heard the Seakings on Fishman Island, which surprised them. And Roger was, according to Rayleigh, able to hear the "voice of all things" which allowed him to understand poneglyphs even though he couldn't read them.

but it's just a possibility if luffy+nami+chopper+brook(?)+that mink dude from BigMom's crew leaves immediately and somebody would've to confront Jack which could be zoro. It also kinda fits the theme considering both are 2nd in command in their crew.

The description of what he did in Alabasta was pretty different from what Rayleigh described and Luffy is showing. I doubt it's related at all.

The way I saw it Zoro's technique was more akin to swordsman instinct and sensitivity or fighting spirit much like his Asura technique. If it was related it feels like that would have been hinted at or suggested sometime in the last 500 chapters.
