EPTIirc there was one scene where had a direct hit at Akainu but it just made a hole on his logia form not hitting it, well there were haki users that try to hit akainu that also didn't work. (war arc .. when jinbei was trying to run save luffy since he passed out after seeing ace die)

haha yea about enel, one of the very first thing i did after catching up was to check people's hypothesis about enel (admiral level, if he's gonna comeback etc) btw i went randomly into the page 600 and the first thing i read "Enel is weak and overrated" haha that looks promising | ||

found it .. not sure if the same thing in the manga (too lazy to check) but as tough as akainu is he should still be hit by a haki even if he just shruggs it off so i don't think Jinbei's fishman karate is a haki .. also after timeskip Oda made a visual cue for haki users (coat with black) so i'll just assume anything that isn't coated by black like cover in their fist/foot isn't using haki .. Iirc Jimbei didn't have a scene with his fists or foot covered with the haki visual cue. but i'm sticking with the theory that fishman karate isn't haki since after timeskip oda didn't intentionally put the black visual cue of haki with jimbei though i don't doubt that jinbei possibly has haki .. he is a pretty good fighter in himself, he probably has it | ||

http://www.mangareader.net/one-piece/629/4 I know it doesn't prove Jimbe has no haki, but it shows Fishman Karate is not. I was going to say its implied he has no haki since there is no visual cue, but the way he blocks on the next page... could be haki. edited. | ||
