Team Asia Star Dust Disbands
In a forum post at Korea's Inven Heroes community board, the captain of Team AsD (ex-Team Snake) announced that the team is disbanding. The champion of this year's GHL Season 1 has been suffering from an ongoing chain of bad news, first the community outrage against their star player Oreoman, followed by them losing their sponsorship from Team Snake, and the sudden retirement of their main warrior, ttsst. While they managed to finish 3rd at WCA 2015, it seems like they had too much difficulty finding a permanent player to fill their warrior role.
Here is a translation of the original statement by kinnu:
Hello, this is AsDKinnu
We, Team AsD, have decided to disband with WCA as our last tournament.
We all plan on continuing on our carrier as Heroes of the Storm players, but due to the current difficulty of finding a sponsor and a team house, we decided to disband the team.
Thank you for all the support you gave us.
P.S. If teams are interested in recruiting our members, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Team AsD was founded May 2015, shortly after Heroes Big League, and they quickly became the most successful team in Asia during closed Beta and early launch period. They made their name in the Korean community when they became the first team in the Korean server to reach Rank 1 in Team League, followed by their famous debut match against the powerhouse, Team No Limit (Team DK), that kicked off their epic rivalry. Eager to seek new challenges and a sponsor, they moved to China and immediately made their name known by defeating the "invincible" Team eStar in the opening match of GHL Season 1. Team AsD's stellar mechanics and strong drafting made them unstoppable for most of their time in China, with their only loss coming from the hands of their rival Team DK at the grand final of Storm League Season 2.
With strong support from their Chinese sponsor, Team Snake, it seemed like the team had a bright future ahead of them. Unfortunately, they could not continue on with their momentum when they settled for 3rd place in OGN Super League after being eliminated by MVP Black and Team DK. After some roster changes, the team tried their best at WCA 2015 and finished 3rd place with their only loss coming from the first place finisher, MVP Black.
It seems like the loss of their main warrior, ttsst, was too great for the team to continue on, and they decided to go separate ways for 2016. The news of one of the best teams in Korea disbanding is certainly a huge blow to the scene, but thankfully the players themselves are going to be sticking around. With each individual being a top class player in their respective role, the members should be fine finding a new team to join or creating one of their own. Hopefully a new, stronger team will be able to emerge out of the ashes of Team AsD.

Hello? This is TNLkinnu.
I will be replacing Jaehyun as....
Just kidding. The players of TNL requested me to be their temporary coach, so I decided to take on the role.
Of course, I do plan on continuing on with my carrier as a player, so if there is a team that wants me, I'll be moving there right away.
I don't know how long I'll be able to be a coach, but I do plan on trying my best.
Everyone in TNL is working hard for the GHL final, so please give them your full support ( _ _ )
ps. AsD has withdrawn from GHL. And my position is temporary, so I'm still looking for a team.
He also added later in the comments:
While I'm registered as a Playing Coach (meaning he can play), I won't be playing any matches unless Jaehyun end up getting fatally sick in China.
