If your body is naturally lean and produces muscle definition without working out then you'll have it easier than previously thought. Different body types also play a role, having a pudgy body doesn't help to get that definition you want. Everybody has "abs", it's just how well are they defined. Overweight people are able to produce abs faster because of the mass they carry. but since their body mass is larger you wouldn't be able to see them cause of their weight. | ||

do 15 crunches and rest for 30 seconds, then do 15 more then rest, 15 more then rest. do the same with reverse crunches. it worked for me and I'm a 40-45 kgs. | ||
