You can hit the gym and go all out on all ur muscle groups in one day if you want, whats important is that you consume enough nutrients and give enough time to allow whatever muscles you trained to recover.

And yeah like that other guy said, just go for some legs if you want to, while resting your biceps. If you are really rushed then yeah do that. Also, it's a good idea to constantly do exercise IF you are working for cardio. If you are working for muscles well just allow yourself to rest for those 40-60 seconds and do all your biceps. So the way to work is like back --> shoulders ---> biceps and chest ---> legs ---> triceps chuck abdominals in every day. And eat properly of course!!

I wouldnt do 3 tri in a row, then 3 bi. Think about it for a second... how much energy could you possibly have? I usually do tri/bi and I will rotate every exercise to make sure ive got energy to get thru em

After the 12 series I'd go straight for the biceps but with 1 exercise less, like if I do 4 on triceps, I'd do 3 on biceps. If you wonder why, it is because biceps is the smaller muscle and I wouldn't want to become bigger than the triceps. As for which you shouldn't work out in 1 day, it really depends. I've seen ppl do pecs and go to do a back exercise. As for me that wouldn't work so I don't do it. For you it might be ok, so try it, see how you feel. Hf in the gym!
