That is stupid if that's what it is. I personally can't tell whether people are sarcastic on forums in general without the use of emoticons or whatever. *shrug*

Seriously?
We're 44 pages into the game and you are telling me you don't have opinions on Fidei or Tubesock at least those two being the other two competing wagons?
You have/had an opinion on ruXxar and he's the leading wagon - you said previously you wanted to sheep town reads, so where are your strong town reads right now even?

Another point I want to bring up I believe geript and WoS in their filters brought up competing points on Lord Tolkien at some point.
WoS townread him for meta, wasn't really specific if I recall right. geript scumread him for being below expectations (paraphrasing, correct if wrong) - personally without playing with him I didn't like certain points. geript, what changed about him, and why should/shouldn't we lynch him?

Let's say VA votes ruXxar. Then what?

That was in reference to Chez, not you.

I'm wrapping up dinner, going back to the hotel and lying down. Not for the night, I'll be sure to be back up before midnight.
Feeling better but not 100% >_<

I just spent 15-20 minutes or so flicking back through OWS' past games. I read the first five pages of filter from his last two town games, and his last mafia game. In both, he definitely favours making lots of small posts. Furthermore, as town, he didn't seem particularly inclined to actually give reads or to make scum cases, rather all of his posts read like an ongoing dialogue with the thread. What struck me is that they all seemed to have a serious point to them, as though he was driving somewhere with them. The contrast to his scum game was subtle, but noticeable. In that, his points were responsive, but they were usually directionless. They read to me as though he was trying to stifle other people's lines of enquiry and also fill up his filter.
To me, his filter this game reads more like the scum version of OWS that I have read than the town version of OWS. In the town filter that I flicked through, he had no off-topic posts. Here, I think I saw maybe five or six? He has a few where he is just commenting on who people are. He talks about It's not necessarily scum indicative to drag the conversation 'off topic' of course, but it doesn't look like something that town OWS did before. His questions also read to me as less incisive and less fluid than his posts. His flip-flop-flip on the Tube v Ruxx lynch is particularly jarring - he still hasn't looked into Ruxxar's games, or asked anyone who played with Ruxxar previously for an opinion. If he really thinks that that is the way to tell if Ruxx is scum, he should do it.
Has anyone else played with him and get the same sense as I do? I obviously don't know the context of those games, so there could be something I'm missing.

EBWOP (the above randomly misses out the end of a sentence that I'd started)

Ritoky and Damdred probs town. I can't blame them for being bad roleplayers. The BH's RNG is easy enough to research that I think mafia would go the extra distance to copy it and avoid scrutiny. If anything he's null.
I didn't like Tictock's entrance or posts but it's cause he reminds me of Trfel.
Shining you going to lay a trap or what?
*postgame cred hilarity - Chez and Fecalfeast are actually partners and scumming Damdred for Chezinu Rule continuity. Trolly troll trolls from trollerville. Show nested quote +On August 20 2015 16:39 Tubesock wrote: I meant your thoughts on Damdred THIS game.
I don't particularly care if he roleplays or not. I think of this game like a big chance for everyone to smurf. In the beginning of the game Damdred was posting his rp and it sparked conversation. It got Chezinu salty, Fecalfeast, and geript as well. Stepping back I got some reads watching them go. So, to me Damdred was useful. Now, like everyone else I wish he would answer TickTock questions and post more since his phone internet is fixed (*5 hours??)
So, did YOU Fidei gain anything from him? Alright, so Tube, you told me that your "you scum Damdred" was in response to Fecalfeast. Fine. You explained why you thought Damdred was useful but where are you distinguishing he's town? Is there a quote? A reaction? A response? There are several players that are saying (besides myself) that a) he could be roleplaying as either alignment, geript himself has said he can't get a read (or positive town/not town read either way), so taking that assumption and even if he's getting reactions, how do you know he's not doing it as scum? Am I making sense here?
HtS. How do you get "You still scum Damdred?" as me scumming Damdred? I asked Fecalfeast because he was around, was first to tonally scumread Damdred and I was also seeing if he was up for chatting. Fidei appeared so I focused on him.
Fidei was actually the first to say I townread Damdred. The post he refers to is where I said I can't fault Damdred or Ritoky for not roleplaying really well. Both of those guys were getting heat for what I thought was less than stellar roleplaying. Not exactly a town read but it's above null so I felt no need to clarify. I won't lynch either of them. So to answer your question, no there isn't anywhere that I think Damdred is distinguishing as town. He has done enough to stay in the game as far as I'm concerned.
It would be different if we didn't have 890743598 lurkers.

@geript - I'd be fine with Yam, Kels, VA, LT, Beneather as policies. Although Ben will be modkilled I'm sure so basically equivelant to a no vote in a way.
I liked Chezinu early on. It's probably also because he's one of my favorite players to read so I don't want to lynch him as he's fun. kinda bummed he got one of the serious players. He hasn't really done anything since but sheep cool kids. So haha yeah pretty strong reason to not lynch a guy

I thought I made it clear that I don't really care if rux is bad as town.

I really need to stop showing people my meta. Literally nobody knows what to look for.

Oh btw, Fidei is town so let's not vote him.

I just re-read Chezinu's filter and I'm satisfied enough to ##Vote Chezinu.
We really should start consolidating on a couple of targets so it's not a last minute thing that comes down to the three people who happen to be around at the deadline.

Apologies for the quad post but I should also elaborate: No, you're not missing any context. The differences you point out are probably correct, but they don't make me scum.
Good attempt though.

Obi, other than me, who would you lynch? Why?

Tell them to go fuck themselves. Cmon bby. You know as well as I do that that's not particularly effective.
The fact that you think ruxxar shouldn't be lynched based on filter, even though half of that filter is pregame spam is what's egregious.
